Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is a mild, versatile cooking oil known for its high vitamin E content. Depending on the method of production – cold‑pressed or refined – it is suitable for different uses in the kitchen.
Cold‑pressed sunflower oil is pale to golden yellow, has a slightly nutty aroma and a mild flavour. It contains valuable unsaturated fatty acids and is particularly suitable for cold dishes, salads and for finishing dishes.
