Coconut oil
Coconut oil is extracted from the flesh of the coconut and is solid at room temperature. It consists mainly of medium-chain fatty acids, including a high proportion of lauric acid. Virgin coconut oil is gently cold-pressed so that its characteristically mild coconut aroma is preserved. It is suitable for cooking, frying and baking as well as for body care.
