Delivery
When will my order be ready for dispatch?
Your order is normally packed ready for dispatch within one working day and then handed over to a logistics company.
After handover you will receive an automatic e‑mail with the tracking information. You can also view the tracking information in our webshop under: Your account – My orders.
How long does shipping take?
DHL: If your shipment was sent with DHL within Germany, this usually takes 2–3 working days. With the shipping confirmation you will receive the link to the tracking information. You can also view the tracking information in our webshop under: Your account – My orders.
Post: If your goods were sent with Deutsche Post, we do not have a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 3–5 working days within Germany and approximately 10–15 working days to Switzerland.
Switzerland: A shipment with DHL-CH to Switzerland usually takes approx. 3–5 working days. You can view the tracking information in our webshop under: Your account – My orders.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, there may be delays due to customs clearance.
What does backorder mean?
If the desired item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we are happy to accept pre-orders. Your delivery will then have the status “backorder”.
As soon as the item is available again, it will be dispatched to you automatically and you will receive the shipping e‑mail with the tracking information.

Unimedica dietary supplements
Where are Unimedica dietary supplements manufactured?
Our Unimedica products are mainly manufactured in Germany. The place of manufacture can be found in the product description on our website.
Where can I find the dosage instructions?
The product label contains a recommended intake. This corresponds to the recommended daily dose according to Annex 13 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 (FIC). We are happy to assist you by telephone. For medical questions, please consult your healthcare professional.
Collection
Is collection possible?
Collection of orders from our dispatch centre is currently not possible.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by e‑mail. If we do not have an e‑mail address for you, the invoice will be sent to you by post. This usually arrives 2–3 working days later. In addition, you can download and print your invoice in PDF format from our website under “Your account / My orders”.
Availability
A product is not available – where can I find information about the expected delivery date?
If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering, the expected delivery date is shown below the product image in the shop. You will also receive a backorder confirmation showing the expected delivery date. If this changes because the goods do not reach us in time, the date will be updated in the webshop.
Payment reminder
Why have I received a payment reminder?
If the payment deadline stated on the invoice is not met, you will receive a reminder.
Our first reminder is free of reminder fees. If you receive a second reminder, a fee of €5.00 will be charged. If the invoice is not settled after the second reminder, we reserve the right to instruct a debt collection agency.
If you cannot find your invoice, you can view it in the webshop under “Your account / My orders”.
Customs charges
I have received an invoice from Swiss customs.
Customs charges may be incurred for shipments sent with DHL. If this applies to you, please feel free to send us the paid customs invoice by e‑mail. We will then reimburse the customs charges as soon as possible or offset them against your next order.
Please note that we cannot reimburse customs charges for other countries.
Returns
I don’t like the item – how can I return it?
If you do not like the item or ordered the wrong product, please return the shipment to us sufficiently stamped and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice in the parcel so that the return can be assigned. The return should be sent to the following address:
