Borage oil
Borage oil is obtained from the seeds of the borage plant. It contains a high proportion of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid.
With around 20–25% GLA content, borage oil is one of the richest natural sources of this fatty acid.
