Returns

I do not like the item – how can I return it?

If you do not like the item or have placed an incorrect order, we ask you to return the shipment to us in its original packaging with sufficient postage. Please include a copy of the invoice in the package so that the return can be assigned to your order. Please send the return to the following address:

As soon as we have received the goods, we will automatically refund your payment (provided it was paid in advance). Please note that the processing of your return takes approximately 5–7 working days. The goods must be returned within 14 days.

Shipping Costs

If the total value of your order exceeds the free shipping threshold, all available books will be delivered free of charge. Books published at a later date will be delivered at reduced shipping costs (half price).

For orders from Switzerland and countries outside the EU, customs duties and/or import taxes may apply.
