Borage oil
Borage oil is extracted from the seeds of borage (Borago officinalis), a blue-flowering plant also known as cucumber herb. It is notable for its particularly high content of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid that is found at such concentrations in only a few plant oils. Borage oil has long been valued in traditional herbal medicine.
