Passionflower is simply good for us - for sleep and blood pressure
Passionflower is simply good for us, which is why the capsules very quickly became part of our medicine cabinet. The relaxing effect and improved sleep have convinced us. We have been taking 2 capsules a day - 1 after getting up and 1 before going to sleep - for a few months now. We have been pleasantly surprised by the blood pressure-lowering effect that we have noticed time and again. My husband's (former migraine sufferer) weather change symptoms, often associated with inner chills, headaches and a rise in blood pressure, often disappear with 1 capsule of passionflower. The blood pressure drops from 150/100 to 120/70 within 15 minutes, and after 30 minutes the man is free of symptoms again. The passionflower capsule helps me in addition to my blood pressure medication (5mg), which means that I can do without a higher dosage and/or further blood pressure medication and my heart is happy! We say THANK YOU and hope that the evaluation, which comes from the heart, does you good.

Recommendable
I am going through the menopause and am extremely restless, moody and listless at times. I also find it difficult to breathe deeply and calmly and this inner restlessness often prevents me from falling asleep relaxed. I came across passionflower/capsules by chance and I think it's a shame that I didn't know about their effectiveness earlier. They reduce the symptoms and I don't feel quite so helpless in this state. My breathing is more relaxed, my thoughts calmer and overall I am more tolerable to myself and my fellow human beings. Depending on my mood, I take 1 capsule in the morning and evening, and up to 4 capsules throughout the day on bad days. What I particularly like is the rapid effectiveness within 20 - 30 minutes, which then takes full effect after about 2 hours.

Fall asleep relaxed thanks to the power of passion flower
Take 1-2 capsules before going to sleep My doctor prescribed me melatonin to help me fall asleep. However, the effect was only suitable for falling asleep and I quickly woke up again during the night. Passionflower is a much better solution for me. I take 2 capsules every evening half an hour before going to bed and I slowly get tired naturally and then get my healthy sleep and sleep through the night. After 2 months of taking it I have reduced to one capsule and my natural sleep rhythm is back. A great product. I can highly recommend it.

Calm, restful sleep
Since I have been taking 1-2 passion flower capsules from Unimedica in the evening, I have been able to sleep really well. They work quickly and help me to sleep calmly and restfully.
