Notes on our review feature

Our forum allows both guests and verified buyers to leave product or shop reviews. Verified buyers are identified by having placed a guest order or by holding a user account. After completing their purchase they receive an email containing a link through which they can review the products they bought.

We value a range of opinions and experiences and also publish unverified reviews. These may, for example, come from users who bought the product from another shop but still wish to share their opinion.

We publish both positive and negative reviews because we believe that an authentic representation of customer opinions is of utmost importance.

Each review undergoes a manual check before publication. We reserve the right to remove reviews or comments if they:

• contain obscene language, defamatory statements or other inappropriate language for a public forum
• contain pricing information, advertising material, spam or references to other products, offers, websites or competitors
• contain email addresses, telephone numbers, web links or other contact information

No further verification measures are carried out for guest reviews.
