Thyroid Complex - 120 capsules - from Unimedica

Intelligent complex for thyroid function with KSM-66

Thyroid Complex from Unimedica is a fine-tuned premium complex to support thyroid function. Each individual ingredient in the thyroid complex has been selected for its specific role in supporting healthy metabolism. The thyroid is the control centre of metabolism.

Whether iodine from organic brown algae, which contributes to the production of thyroid hormone, or the adaptogen ashwagandha, which helps the body adapt to stress – each element contributes in its own way to naturally support normal body functioning, especially for the thyroid.

The carefully selected nutrients organic brown algae (Norwegian kelp), ashwagandha extract (KSM-66), L-tyrosine, selenium, manganese, zinc, vitamin A (retinol) and vitamin D (cholecalciferol) are combined in a powerfully effective formula specially chosen for the thyroid gland. With this comprehensive complex the thyroid gets everything it needs.

With high quality ingredients and natural efficacy

Brown algae (including Norwegian kelp) are a natural source of iodine. A sufficient supply of iodine is decisive for optimal thyroid function. This marine plant grows in the cool oceans and contains a range of other minerals in a natural, synergistic composition. So the natural iodine has optimal potency.

L-tyrosine is a key amino acid for the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Trace elements such as selenium, manganese and zinc supplement the complex via their essential function for metabolism and the immune system, with selenium in particular contributing to normal thyroid function. Vitamins A (retinol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) provide additional support to the thyroid function directly and indirectly e.g. via their effect on the immune system.

With KSM-66 Ashwagandha®, ashwagandha extract of the highest quality and concentration

The currently best available branded raw material KSM-66 Ashwagandha® is used for the thyroid complex from Unimedica. Only the roots of the ashwagandha plant are used since only this part of the plant has the confirmed optimal efficacy inside the body.

Ashwagandha extract is known for its adaptogen effect. Ashwagandha, also known as "Indian ginseng", is a plant that plays a central role in the traditional Indian healing tradition of Ayurveda. The plant's combination of active ingredients contains withanolides – each capsule of this highly concentrated thyroid complex from Unimedica contains 7.5 mg (5 % of the ashwagandha extract).

KSM-66 Ashwagandha® is a full-spectrum extract which means it contains all components of the root and therefore all the natural active ingredients as found in nature. It has the highest concentration of all key pure ashwagandha root extracts currently available. It is made with a special procedure developed over 14 years by KSM-66 using "green chemistry" – this means that the production process does not use damaging chemicals or alcohol. The vegan variety used here also avoids the traditional pre-treatment with milk which dissolves both water and fat-soluble plant components, while nevertheless retaining the high concentration of active ingredients.

How the ingredients of Thyroid Complex work

Each ingredient in Thyroid Complex plays a specific role. Norwegian kelp provides natural iodine, which is required to make the thyroid hormones triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4). L-tyrosine is an amino acid and as a protein component it plays a role in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and, like manganese and zinc, contributes to metabolism in various ways. As an adaptogen, ashwagandha extract can help the body to naturally adapt to exceptional conditions.

Vitamin D is known for its ability to regulate the immune system and react to inflammation. This is especially true for autoimmune disease (which also sometimes occurs with the thyroid gland, when the immune system mistakenly attacks it).

Vitamin A is essential for the growth and differentiation of cells, including the cells of the thyroid gland. It influences the amount of T3 (triiodothyronine), an active thyroid hormone produced by the body. Vitamin A also supports the body's ability to utilise thyroid hormones. A lack of vitamin A can prevent the body effectively utilising thyroid hormones so that the thyroid gland becomes unbalanced.

Why does the thyroid gland play such a major role?

The thyroid is located directly below the larynx and acts as a protective shield over the windpipe. It is the source of two essential hormones, scientifically known as triiodothyronine and thyroxine. These two hormonal signalling agents have the task of stimulating the energy use of every individual cell – they are the controllers for regulating whether general metabolism is switched to turbo or energy-saving mode. To fulfil their function, they circulate in the bloodstream and latch on to the receptors of the cell nucleus as well as the mitochondria, which produce energy inside the cells.

If this process is disturbed, various effects can arise such as inner restlessness, weight problems or impaired performance.

Which foods help the thyroid?

The selected ingredients of Thyroid Complex are also found in food. Iodine is found in saltwater fish and seafood as well as various algae and in iodised salt. L-tyrosine is found in chicken, turkey, fish and milk products. Selenium occurs in nuts and pulses, manganese in wholewheat products, nuts and seeds, and zinc in meat, eggs and seafood.

Vitamin D3 is found in fatty fish, liver and eggs, and is also produced by the body on exposure to sufficient sunlight. Vitamin A occurs in liver, egg yolk, fatty fish and fish oils as well as milk products. Plant-based sources contain the precursor of vitamin A as beta-carotene, which is found in carrots, sweet potatoes, dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach or curly kale and in orange-red fruit such as peppers, tomatoes or apricots.

Yet it can be difficult to obtain sufficient amounts of these nutrients in high enough quality and concentration solely from the food we eat, which is why it can make sense to use Thyroid Complex.

All in one to support my thyroid gland
For me, this combination of the best substances with minerals and trace elements is the perfect product for my hypothyroidism because I finally no longer have to take the important active ingredients individually. I think it's essential for anyone with this condition. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's years ago and it made me realise why I was so miserably tired, had dull hair and hair loss and even froze in summer. It's actually a terrible condition if it's permanent. Of course, I was given thyroid hormones by the endocrinologist and had to be regularly readjusted. I still take the hormones today, but have been able to reduce them. The thyroid complex offers an optimal dosage and easy handling and prevents inflammation of the thyroid gland, stimulates the production of thyroid hormone in a natural way, but also helps with the detoxification of accumulated and harmful metabolic products. It is therefore possible to achieve a healthy lifestyle despite a diseased thyroid gland with the right and specific supplement. I was definitely able to revitalise my spirits.

With hyperthyroidism it is difficult with iodine, it can really backfire (especially with Graves' disease). The subject is controversial, but please proceed with caution. Best wishes and all the best.

Hello everyone, I received this thyroid complex today. I now have a question as I am taking L-Thyroxin 50 Plus to avoid thyroid enlargement, can I then omit the L-Thyrixin 50 Plus? my value is normal at TSH 0.39, but my liver is currently waking me up regularly, my LSL Chol. direct values are 165 and Chokesterin PHOT at 236, everything else is normal. a clarification would be nice. Thank you very much

In any case, the thyroid complex supports the thyroid gland in its function and it needs these nutrients for a normally functioning thyroid gland. Whether thyroid hormones can be omitted must be determined by the endocrinologist on the basis of the thyroid and pituitary gland hormone values. Therefore, never omit them on your own initiative, but always make this decision with your doctor. LG Butterfly

Goitre surgery for Graves' disease usually means that the thyroid gland has been completely surgically removed. Where there is no organ left, no more thyroid hormones can be produced, so (unfortunately!) the missing endogenous production must be replaced with L-thyroxine (thyroid hormone T4) for the rest of the patient's life. The thyroid gland does not grow back, so unfortunately no nutrients will help. Best wishes and all the best.

Hello, actually the whole thyroid gland is never removed, so I was told by the doctor, they always leave a piece of it and after some time it should work sufficiently to supply the body. My doctor told me that the thyroxine stimulates the thyroid gland so that it can do its job. I would be interested to know why it is not recommended to take thyroxine in the morning if you always have to take it in the morning before eating?

Hello Manuela. I have no side effects from iodine, quite the opposite. Since I have also been supplementing with iodine, I feel better. You shouldn't forget that many other organs need iodine and that the female breast stores even more iodine than the thyroid gland. Our entire nervous system needs iodine. For me, it is indispensable and a misconception that iodine should not be taken for thyroid disorders. It is essential and important for so many things. For me, therefore, avoiding iodine is not a solution - of course, everyone reacts differently and you have to test it on yourself. Best wishes Butterfly

Unfortunately, I also take L-thyroxine 125 mg, but was able to reduce the dosage. Initially 250 mg. I also always freeze, usually have problems sleeping, but have discovered interesting products at dm, best to search + try. That is my maxim. All the best. As I have to take a lot of medication from the pharmaceutical industry, I am looking to replace large parts of it, if possible, with alternative products. I am still in the process ...

I also suffer from Hasimoto's disease. There is a new and very successful treatment for this disease: laser treatment. This is used in private clinics in Turkey and leads to either a reduction in the dose of medication or complete elimination of the medication. It takes 3 months for the results of the treatment to become visible and for the quality of life to improve. There are no side effects. I am also considering having it done.

I have had to take L-thyroxine 125g for more than 40 years, I couldn't sleep at night, I just didn't feel well. With the help of Schiddrüsekomplex and selenium I stopped taking the tablets and I have to say that I feel much better today than with the L-thyroxine t tablets. My daughter has now also stopped taking L-thyroxine and she is also feeling better.

Hello Nadine! Whether it's due to the L-thyroxine is impossible to answer for now. How long have you been taking 50mg? And no, 150mg thyrosine is not too much. You can't compare that with the tablets. The fact that you are unwell may be due to hypothyroidism. The thyroid values and the corresponding reference values would be important to assess this.

Medication-free at last
Since the birth of my child 16 years ago, I have suffered from an underactive thyroid gland. I then took the prescribed medication L-Tyrox accordingly. During the coronavirus pandemic, I lost faith in conventional medicine and found out about alternative treatment methods. After I had already successfully tried I also dared to try my thyroid gland and found the thyroid complex here at Narayana. After about 80 days, I slowly began to reduce the dose of L-Tyrox in order to challenge the thyroid gland a little. I could feel it going up and down. It felt a bit chaotic. Sometimes I was tired, sometimes I had palpitations. Now I no longer take L-Tyrox and everything has levelled out. And that was after the first glass. I'm doing great and I'm glad that I'm no longer dependent on various doctors.

Did you simply stop taking the L-tyroxine yourself or with the doctor? I have been taking L-tyroxine for 13 years because I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Since I've been taking the thyroid complex, my doctor is surprised that I no longer have Hashimoto's, I have to take tablets and go back to the NUK. I don't have the confidence to stop taking Ltyroxin on my own.

Hello Angelika, I even stopped taking L-Tyrox against my doctor's advice. As I said, very slowly over several months. I listened to my body. In the case of thyroid disorders, it is mainly just an iodine deficiency. There is actually not enough in the complex to compensate for such a severe deficiency. That's why I now take two to three drops of Lugol's solution in addition to or instead of the complex. I have not been taking L-Tyrox since March this year and I am doing extremely well.

Thank you for your comments. I had cancer and was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which is why I am now supposed to take L Thyroxine. First 75mg, then 50mg, now I take 25mg. I bought a book about micronutrients (written by a doctor) and since I have been taking L glutamine, an amino acid, for example, I feel much better. It is recommended for thyroid diseases: Iodine 100-200mg (not for Hashimoto's!), selenium 100mg-200mg for Hashimoto's, omega-3 fatty acids 1500mg (for Hashimoto's), vitamin D 2000 IU, vitamin B12 1000mg, L-thyrosine 1000mg, iron individually, zinc 10mg, magnesium at least 150mg.

Just listen to your body, what can happen? I only have a little thyroid left because most of it had to be taken out because of lumps. My doctor put me on 100 because of the values, since Corona I have become suspicious because I have been taking the thyroid complex for over 1 year and nothing is said to have changed. Now I have halved the tablets on my own initiative, I also take L-thyrosine and my body is doing well.

No more L-thyroxine!
I have been taking this preparation for almost 1 year. I have been suffering from hypofunction of the thyroid gland with various accompanying symptoms for over 30 years. As this is an autoimmune disease, I was looking for a holistic solution based on natural remedies. I first tried another preparation and then switched to this one. Since then I have stopped taking L-thyroxine and no longer have any symptoms. I feel much better and also more efficient. I did it without medical advice and the success proves me right. It is the best solution for me and it shows me once again how good natural remedies are. I also take Darmflorin to strengthen my immune system. I would like to thank Narayana for the really good preparations.

Finally free of symptoms
I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I have to. I have had Hashimoto's for 7 years and have been prescribed Lthyroxin by my doctor. As I have no direct hypofunction or hyperfunction, it is very difficult to adjust the medication. When I took 50 mg of Lthyroxin, I had symptoms of hyperthyroidism. With 25 mg of hypofunction. It was really bad, sometimes palpitations and trembling, sometimes totally limp and water retention. Over time, symptoms of the menopause also developed and my doctor only said that it was too early for that. After a while, my blood pressure rose to between 150 and 110 and then I was given medication to lower my blood pressure. I asked the doctor what was causing it all, but I didn't really get an answer. I was fed up. I thought there must be something natural that could help me fight the cause. So I looked for a private doctor who was familiar with Hashimoto's. After a huge blood count it came out that I have Leacky gut (permeable bowel). I am also at the beginning of the menopause. During the intestinal rehabilitation, I took thyrosine 150 mg in addition to my thyroid medication. I felt fitter. I also took a number of vitamins such as selenium, vitamin D etc. I wanted something that was natural and preferably all in one. After a lot of research, I found the guilt gland complex from Narayana. After taking it for two weeks, I felt extreme changes in my body. I noticed that I started to tremble after taking Lthyroxine 25 mg and stopped taking the thyroid tablets on my own. I have to say that my dose was only 25 mg, but my body didn't really tolerate it either. Since I've only been taking the thyroid complex, I've been doing really well. I sleep through the night, am able to cope with stress and am no longer so irritable. The symptoms of the menopause have also been greatly reduced. It has visibly stopped the hair loss but nothing is growing back and I no longer break out in a sweat. I can only advise one thing: listen to your body. It will tell you what is good for it and what is not. Observe the symptoms. I will definitely continue to take the product and after a while I want to add the menocomplex. Let's see if I can optimise it even more.

Hi Natalie, I would be interested in the private doctor. I have been taking SD hormones for over 25 years and I am not feeling well at all. I am looking for a doctor who REALLY knows about Hashi, I have been through so many and no one has been able to help me...

Thyroid gland complex
I had a latent thyroid a year ago and I recently listened to the speakers at a thyroid conference. I had already been prescribed iodine by my doctor. While listening, I learnt that very often, if not always, there are substances missing in the body that are now contained in this product. Vola, I'm topping up my stores. The iodine had already helped, because the ultrasound had shown a better result. I take the product after lunch and tolerate it well. So far I can say that I am eating less, which is an advantage.

Thyroid gland without chemicals
34 years Euthyrox patient, with hypofunction, always set too high a dose. Hashimoto's until there was almost nothing left of my organ. Reduced the dose by more than a third 5 years ago, have been off it completely for ½ year and use the thyroid complex instead. I feel excellent. I did everything on my own initiative, without a doctor, and I don't take any other synthetic medication. However, I can't recommend this to others, as you have to know yourself well and observe yourself very closely.

I am very satisfied with the effect, I feel very well physically. I had the onset of storma, since I have been taking the thyroid complex the tightness in my throat has gone. I have been taking it for 4 weeks and the effect came after 14 days.

Until now
taking the preparation is very pleasant. I take the product to treat my Hashimoto's disease. I have halved my previous L-Thyrox medication and am gradually phasing it out. I am also still taking Darmflorin for my chronic bowel disease and I also take Ashwagandha capsules in the evening, but only one of them. I feel much better than before, am more efficient, balanced and, above all, my hair has recovered wonderfully!

THS values
At my last check-up I had much better TSH values than before. Until now I've always had between 2.5-3.5, which the doctor always thought was optimal, unlike me. Now with thyroid complex TSH is at 0.75. I used to take Euthyrox 100 every morning. Now I can take half a tablet on Wednesday and Sunday instead of 1 whole tablet. I have not yet reached my goal of taking as little Euthyrox as possible, but every journey begins with the first step. I'm looking forward to the next blood test.

The TSH value alone is not enough, T3 and T4 are even more important. If they are not right, you can do whatever you want and it won't get better, no matter what you do, neither with chemicals nor with supplements. Selenium is very important, as we are definitely deficient in it. But the doctor doesn't tell us that. I stopped taking thyronajodine years ago because nothing changed. I take the thyroid complex plus extra selenium and zinc and vitamin D3+K2 and magnesium.

The value of T3 and T4 has also improved, I can't remember the value now. There is enough selenium in these capsules at 200, zinc could be a little more but I am careful with zinc, without knowing the blood value even more zinc can also go into the negative. I also take D3, K2, Omega3, vitamin C and magnesium. With D3 it is also important to know the value, then you can dose exactly, on the off chance it can either be too little or too much.

Very good product
I haven't been taking the product for that long. But I have the feeling that the feeling of a lump in my throat has improved. If I look at the composition, it contains alkes, which is good for the thyroid gland. I prefer this product to prescription medication. I already have other products and am satisfied with all of them. I can always recommend the products from Narayana Verlag with a clear conscience. Fast delivery, very good customer service. So it doesn't get any better than this. Thumbs up, keep it up ....

Severe colic
I was looking forward to finally being able to support my hypothyroidism with the thyroid complex. I took it in the evening (one tablet) and a few hours later got such severe colic that it was very painful and lasted all night. I was very shocked and when I did some research I found out that the substance ashwagandha was apparently responsible. That's such a shame, but I can't take it anymore because of that!

I have sworn by ashwagandha for years. I order it individually from my favourite Ayurveda shop. Saves me the psychotropic drugs. An initial aggravation is definitely possible with herbal medicine. My guess here would be the iodine. I would take the tablets in the morning after eating or start with the individual substances. Zinc and selenium are a must for the thyroid gland. Hardly any conventional doctors will tell you that. In my case it was an alternative practitioner, since then I've been much better.

Very great product
I looked for alternatives to replace L-Thyrox (I have hypofunction and an autoimmune disease) and came across thyroid complex .... I stopped taking L-Thyrox myself because since Corona and other observations I have unfortunately completely lost confidence in our health system .... I had all over 60 meds like felt every third person I met .... this went from L-Thyrox to blood pressure to heart meds to cholesterol etc..... with the corresponding side effects ....they were constantly ignored by the doctor ... within a year I stopped taking all the medication and replaced it ..... so also LThyrox .... I constantly had a lump / frog in my throat and after just a few days of thyroid complex it was better and has now disappeared .... I'm fine with it . .I take the capsule after breakfast which I tolerate wonderfully .... Narayana's products are of good quality and price .... I will continue to be a loyal customer .... with only a few supplements .... Mindfulness towards myself and my body makes me feel healthy today .....is the right way for me ....Thanks for these great products

Positiv
I have been taking high doses of L-thyroxine for over fifteen years because of an underactive thyroid. Unfortunately, I still have insomnia, listlessness, digestive problems, joint pain, etc. Anyone who suffers from hypothyroidism knows all this. I am actually very sceptical and critical when it comes to dietary supplements, but as it got worse and worse and from a doctor's point of view "all values are good", I still looked for something that could help me additionally. After taking it for three weeks now, I feel that my fatigue has reduced and my sleep has improved, which has improved my general physical condition. I will continue to take the product and hope that I will notice further improvements.

Hi Kirsten, I took L-thyroxine 150/150 for about 5 years, stopped taking it 3-4 years ago and have been taking bio iodine 3 capsules and selenium 2 capsules from narayana since then. Now I've been to the doctor and had my blood taken and my level is no longer as high as it used to be but it's TSH 6.2. Would you also take this product, how do you take it and how many capsules do you take? Or do you also take something else? Lg

Hello Manuela ... Iodine is absolutely important for a functioning thyroid gland, even for Hashimoto's patients. But it must be introduced slowly because the body reacts extremely to it.

Hello Manuele,I also have Hashimoto's and take iodine, what the doctors don't tell you is that everyone needs iodine, but you shouldn't take more than 150ug then it doesn't matter with Hashimoto's,only if you take too much can it prevent inflammation.L.G.h Heidi

Effective stability achieved
I had 3/4 of my thyroid gland removed 25 years ago and since then I have had a lot of problems, such as weight gain and an unpleasant throat clearing, especially when the weather changes. I was put on 75 mg L-thyroxine, but in my opinion it was too high, my pulse was going crazy and I generally didn't feel well, kind of "restless". I simply reduced the dose to 50 mg, but it didn't really make me feel any better, so I reduced it further to 25 mg. Now my pulse was normal again, but my weight was only going in one direction.... upwards, I was just tired and absolutely listless. My thyroid values were still in the borderline range, my GP said.... everything is fine, you can leave it as it is.... Great, it's fine if the values are so-so, but I'm not feeling well. What to do...? I started supplementing with selenium and zinc, but that didn't have the desired effect either. Then I discovered the thyroid complex and thought I had to try it. I've been taking this product regularly for about 5 months and I'm doing well, i.e. everything concerning the thyroid gland, my weight is finally regulating itself and this lethargy has disappeared. I urged my GP to have my thyroid values analysed again and lo and behold.... amazing.... Everything is optimal. Now everything is right, not only the blood values, but also my well-being, the annoying clearing of the throat when the weather changes is also almost gone, at least in such a way that it was noticed by my friends. The composition of these capsules is absolutely well thought out and optimally supplies the thyroid gland, at least that's how it is for me. Of course the capsules are not cheap, but the raw materials are expensive and good quality has its price, especially as health is priceless... Personally, I wouldn't want to do without this product because it is really good for me.

Metabolism finally begins
I've had problems with my thyroid for many years and of course I've always been on top form (I'm on thyronajod 50mg) according to the blood values, which didn't satisfy me. My metabolism was dormant and never got going. After a lot of research I ended up here and have now been taking the complex for over a month. Of course I have not stopped taking thyronajod (but hope to do so after the next blood test) and continue to take it as usual. After about 2 weeks the tightness in my throat and the throat clearing in the morning went away. Now I notice a cosy warmth in the morning after taking the complex and my metabolism is in full swing. I also adjusted my diet a little in the morning, and Hanna Hauser's book helped me a lot. I can only recommend it so far. I tolerate it very well. Whether before or during breakfast.

Fantastic and dangerous.
The product has a very good composition in terms of ingredients. However, I have made a mistake and would like to make others aware of this. This product is intended for people with hypothyroidism. I have hyperthyroidism. I didn't realise that it contained iodine. Just this one ingredient - but it can be crucial. Wonderful for people with hypothyroidism, but dangerous for people with hyperthyroidism. If you have Hashimoto's or another form of hyperthyroidism, don't take this supplement as it can worsen your condition. Give it to someone with hypothyroidism - they will be grateful. So that it's not just empty talk, I'll try to justify it. So...: Excess iodine can be harmful on a molecular level in people with Hashimoto's thyroiditis or Graves' disease. Firstly, too much iodine leads to excessive activation of the enzyme TPO, which utilises hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂). This can lead to an excess of H₂O₂, a reactive oxygen molecule that causes oxidative stress and damages thyroid cells. When these cells are damaged, they release thyroid components such as thyroglobulin or TPO. The immune system mistakenly recognises these as foreign and attacks them, which intensifies the autoimmune process. Secondly, in people with Graves' disease, high iodine consumption can lead to a sudden overproduction of thyroid hormones - a phenomenon known as the iodine-Basedow effect. Finally, the normal protective reaction of the thyroid gland to excess iodine - the so-called Wolff-Chaikoff effect - can be disrupted in autoimmune diseases. As a result, hormone production and immune response can remain uncontrolled, which worsens the course of the disease. Greetings from the south of France.

Instead of chemical hormones!!!
After the blood test (TSH was quite low) I was offered to take chemical substances straight away or to wait a little... I wanted to wait and see! I searched here for the right remedy and found it straight away! The idea is great: very often the body lacks the building blocks for the production of thyroid hormones! These abdominal stones are contained in this remedy! I took the remedy for 6 months and gave blood again! Both thyroid values were within the normal range! I have also informed myself a lot, read many books and understood the following: We get thyroid problems when we can't pause, when we're always rushing off somewhere, when we can't relax and most importantly: when we don't allow ourselves to say anything to anyone, when our feelings are bottled up in our throats. Remember this! Change your attitude to the situation, leave these people or allow yourself to say something to them ... That also helped me a lot!

I take one tablet a day, as an alternative, because I don't want to take a tablet prescribed by a doctor, which I am supposed to take for the rest of my life. My body repairs itself every day, so I give it what it needs. It works quite well for me.

I am thrilled
I am very grateful that you exist. Today I am writing this review because I am so enthusiastic about the thyroid complex. I am under medical supervision with my thyroid gland. The latest blood values have shown that I only need 25 mg of L-thyroxine instead of 75 mg. I have only been taking the thyroid complex for a fortnight and will continue to take it. I hope that the remaining 25 mg will also be discontinued after a while. The thyroid complex is a real help for me, I'm no longer so tired, I just feel better and I'm looking forward to getting away from the pharmaceutical industry which only covers up symptoms but doesn't really help. It's great that you are there to help us ❤️

But as I don't want to take any more tablets, I've had these capsules for about a year now. 1 a day is rubbish. With one capsule I notice the unpleasant feeling of hypofunction every day. So I increased to 2. I've been taking 2 a day for almost a year. Last week I had everything tested. I have a slight hypofunction. It's sad when you're already taking double the dose.

thyroid complex
Hello everyone! I have been taking Unimedica's thyroid complex for two years. My nodule has shrunk from 1 cm to 0.8 cm. I highly recommend this product. You have to give nature and yourself time. I will continue to use it. It's a top product and also very good value for money. I also highly recommend the liver complex and the vein complex. It makes sense to invest in your health, and here you are in good hands and well looked after if you are looking for alternative treatments. All the best, good health and much joy and success with these great products. Thanks also to Unimedica and the entire team.

I have always favoured natural treatments, a balanced diet and sport. as we get older, our bodies no longer have the essential elements on our plates and disorders start to appear with age the thyroid goes out of balance and causes many symptoms i know many people affected who struggle with chemical treatments and all their undesirable effects to stay on course so I chose this well-dosed complex which contains all the ingredients for a functioning thyroid 8 days of treatment and the patient's fatigue and symptoms have eased again for a result and not all these undesirable effects ........ I remain positive

Did you take L Thyroxine together? Or just the complex separately?

I would have ordered the thyroid complex because of my hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's - but now I'm pregnant and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to take this product! Can anyone help me? Thank you very much.

Absolut top
I have been taking the "Thyroid Komlex" tablets for a short time on the recommendation of my osteopath. I noticed an improvement after just a short time. I feel fitter, my skin has improved and my hair loss is less.

Reduce or even discontinue Lthyroxine
2 years ago, half of my thyroid gland was removed. I've been taking LThyroxin ever since. At first it was 25 mg. Then 50 and now 75 mg. I have absolutely no desire for permanent medication with countless side effects. Now I have read so many reviews here that you have even been able to stop taking Lthyroxin. I really hope that I can do the same. I ordered the thyroid complex today.

What about morbus basedow? Does that also help here, i.e. hyperthyroidism? The medication I have been given can destroy my blood, my pancreas and my liver and I don't want that. HELP

Thyroid gland
Unfortunately I can't say much about it yet, the constant freezing and the constant clearing of the throat has definitely got better, let's see what the next blood test says, hope that everything is in the green zone.

Magnesium deficiency due to ingestion
Since I have been using this product, I have had a magnesium deficiency and therefore very severe muscle cramps. The magnesium I take in the form of a spray and tablets is not stored by my body. I had to take muscle relaxants for the muscle cramps and even up to 3 muscle relaxant tablets for very severe pain. The product contains something that inhibits the absorption of magnesium. I stopped taking it again.

Ingestion
I have been taking the capsules for 14 days and am coping very well. Ended up with an underactive thyroid. Was able to take less euthyroxine as a result.

Helps against hypothyroidism
I take L-thyroxine because of Hashimoto's and was able to gradually reduce the dose from 75 mcg to half within 6 weeks with this product. So far, I have experienced symptoms of SD hyperfunction about every 10 days and then reduced by 12.5 mcg (1/4 of a 50 tablet). I am curious whether this will continue.
