Excellent for the hair
I have been taking 1 tablet of zinc bisglycinate every evening for about 4 months, either after dinner or before going to bed. Zinc is known to make you tired and I utilise this effect and sleep very well as a result. I find this high dose of 25 mg daily wonderful, as the body is constantly deprived of zinc by PCs, mobile phones, radiation etc. zinc through PCs, mobile phones, radiation etc. It has also proved very effective for the immune defence. What I would particularly like to emphasise is that since then my hair has grown much better and faster and has also become more resistant. The price-performance ratio is also good and you rarely get 25 mg tablets! 1 pack lasts me a year and I am well supplied!

Excellent product - strengthens the immune system, good for neurodermatitis
I have been taking the product for a good six months now in combination with the omega 3 capsules and vitamin D3 and K2 capsules. Unfortunately, I haven't yet found out what the cause is, but these tablets make me feel incredibly sick. I get a feeling of heartburn and severe nausea a few minutes after taking them. It's really bad on an empty stomach, even if I drink plenty. I can take half a tablet on a full stomach - but sometimes even that is unpleasant. I previously took capsules from another supplier and had no problem at all. I'm going to switch to the drops, maybe that will work better!

Overdoses of zinc cause nausea and loss of appetite. Perhaps it is also due to the manufacturing process. I had no problems with zinc orotate.

Great zinc product
I have been taking this zinc product for several years. During this time I have also been pregnant twice and have given birth to two healthy children.
