I am totally enthusiastic about this preparation! I take 10 drops of zinc sulphate together with 5 drops of iodine, also from your range, every morning! Hello Katharina, which tablets were you able to stop taking? I have hypofunction and Hashimoto's. I take 112.5 LT. I would also like to stop taking the tablets. Can I replace the tablets with iodine? If so, how do I know how much iodine I need? My doctor is not particularly helpful in this matter. I'm struggling to find out with my own research. Many thanks in advance

It is best to take nascent iodine, 6 caps daily. It is not available here, or try googling it.

Very encouraging. I'm currently taking iodine+zinc together but under the dose. Soon I'll be ordering both bottles in drops. I lose a lot of hair every time I brush my hair and my skin is very dry too.

I took the zinc drops for a long time at the dosage indicated on the bottle. Without any great effect. I have now increased the dosage to three times a day (3 x 12 drops, i.e. 36 drops in total) and am absolutely delighted with the positive effect. My strength and concentration have increased noticeably and my overall physical condition has clearly improved. I shared my positive experience with my friend, who also tried it and noticed the same positive effect. I can only recommend these zinc drops. They work very, very well. No meat no milk no sugar no caffeine of any kind, vegetarian, vegan!!! Vitamin K2/D3 in combination with magnesium / have 5 drops of vitamin b12/ vitamin b6 measured every 3 days (do not take too much b6 yourself) wild blueberry powder ginger, turmeric + pepper golden milk quasi) borax zinc selenium lugol's solution all things where you should deal with to supplement!!!! And yes if you cut out chips no sugar and all your nutritional rubbish that's only half the battle as our food is as good as dead and our drinking water is too saturated (it doesn't detoxify) but quite the opposite) water needs to be a nutrient and information carrier!!!! It can do this up to 80 ppm /parts per million (electrical conductivity) our drinking and mineral water is probably around 240 ppm.

Perhaps I can make a little contribution here on the subject of water. I started looking into the subject of water about 3 years ago. I came across lectures and interviews with Erich Meidert and then bought a misterwater osmosis system for my drinking water. I've had it for almost exactly 2 years now, change the cartridges once a year and am extremely happy with it. The system actually comes with a ppm meter! Even now, 2 weeks before the next cartridge change, my water has 46 ppm. Good against the first signs of infection
These drops are a hit. They support my body immediately when an infection is looming. I take these drops every 2-3 hours 1-2 pipettes full directly on the tongue (doesn't taste good), but it helps sooo well that I like to do it, then drink something afterwards and the taste is already forgotten.

Practical drops
Before I tried zinc sulphate tr. from Unimedica, I had the zinc tablets from Unimedica. Because Anthony William recommended zinc sulphate, I tried it. I will definitely stick with these drops, I always order the economy pack of 2. I also take it as a so-called. Zinc shock therapy, several times a day, when an infection becomes noticeable. It has also served me well with a C infection. Even my grandson takes it in some juice without any problems, because it doesn't taste good on its own.

I decided in favour of the drops and ordered them straight away, of course only because of the good reviews. Got them quite quickly, delivery as usual, everything perfect! The first time I took them before going to bed was just awful!!! This has never happened to me before and I have to say that I have been taking various vitamins and minerals for years It's been two hours and my mouth, throat, oesophagus and stomach are still burning, although not as intensely as immediately after taking it, but it's still there! I have taken a lot of things until today, but I have never experienced anything like this! I got such a fright that I don't know if I will ever take zinc in drop form again, the drops will be thrown away anyway... What a pity... Otherwise I have been relatively satisfied with narayana products so far! But that's not normal, is it?

Well tolerated and effective
Since I changed my diet a year ago and eat and live according to Anthony William's recommendations, I decided to take liquid zinc sulfate as an additional dietary supplement to strengthen my immune system. I am very satisfied with the product from Narayana. I drip the zinc into my tea every day, I tolerate the zinc sulphate very well and the flavour is ok.

Zinc bisglycinate: High-quality chelated form, maximum tolerability, safe investment in health. Important note: Ideally, take zinc bisglycinate in the evening or some time after eating cereal products (phytic acid) to further optimise the already high absorption rate. Unfortunately, I only realised after ordering that it contains zinc sulphate, which has been proven to be poorly absorbed and utilised by the body. Next time, I will take a closer look.

For me, zinc, in combination with vitamin C, is the best prevention against colds and promotes optimal wound healing. These drops are ideal for making your own solution.
