Premium MCT oil from coconut. This pure vitamin D3/K2 is free of flavouring, colouring, stabilisers and magnesium stearate, and is also GM-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and gelatine-free. The pipette enables easy dosing.

This vitamin D3/K2 product is made in Germany in certified production facilities.

Spectrum of action

Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 have a broad spectrum of action. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to normal uptake and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, a normal calcium level in the blood, maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function as well as normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D also plays a role in cell division.

Great product
As a satisfied customer for many years, Unimedica products are always my first choice! In the past, I had tried various products from other manufacturers without being able to determine any effect. However, the vitamin D3|K2 drops from Narayana seem to be available in the optimum mixing ratio and in the most suitable dosage form. I have been taking them together with vitamin C and zinc (from Narayana) for over 8 months now. I am sure that this was and is a decisive contribution to the fact that I have not had a single infection since then (despite many contacts with e.g. infected colleagues and customers). Overall, I feel more agile, more efficient and have fewer joint problems. The drops can simply be taken with a glass of juice, for example, which has now become an indispensable part of my morning routine. Another plus point is that the dosage form is very economical.

Intrinsic aftertaste and customer fools
I ordered the drops for myself and my family for the first time. In my opinion, the drops have a somewhat unique aftertaste, which I don't know from other D3/K2 drops. I also can't find anything about whether the drops have been laboratory tested? Or are they completely untested food supplements? If they have been tested, where can I find a copy? You want to be on the safe side, especially when it comes to your own health and that of your children. Addendum: according to customer service, they are "tested", but the document that was sent to me says absolutely nothing about individual substances that can be tested for. What's more, something was crossed out by hand and then rewritten on the left and underneath. It looks incredibly dubious. Oh, and the "lab result" was from 2022. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I think it's a shame that the minimum shelf life is approx. 2 years according to the label. Because I do the maths. I buy 2 bottles in a duo pack because it's cheaper. We are 2 people and with a dosage of 1 drop per day, I would need 4.6 years to use up the contents of 1 bottle. (50ml = 1700 drops) Will they still be effective? I didn't even think about that beforehand. It's my own fault.

The shelf life also depends on the individual dosage. I recommend the book by Dr Raimund von Helden "Gesund in sieben Tagen: Erfolge mit der Vitamin-D-Therapie" (available here), or the lecture by Prof. Dr Jörg Spitz Vitamin D - "Hype oder Hope" on youtube. After that, you will certainly be able to increase the dosage and no longer have a problem with the shelf life. For me, one bottle lasts for a maximum of 3 months. *wink*

I don't know how informed you are, but take a look at the book by Dr Raimund von Helden "Gesund in sieben Tagen: Erfolge mit der Vitamin-D-Therapie" (available here), or on youtube the lecture by Prof. Dr Jörg Spitz Vitamin D - "Hype oder Hope". This should actually be recommended to all doctors who are still unfamiliar with vitamin D.

I have been taking this product for several years and am very happy with it. It has a neutral flavour and is very easy to dose. As I spend a lot of time in the garden and outdoors in summer, I only take about 3-5 drops a day, but from now on I will increase the dose to 7-8. My level is currently 40ng/ml. I have two questions about this. Why is the intake always paused at the weekend? And why are the drops taken in the morning? As D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, it is recommended to take them after a high-fat meal, which is the case for most people at lunchtime. And be sure to take magnesium as well, because it not only supports D3, but also ensures that it can work properly in the first place. Incidentally, higher doses of D3 also increase the need for calcium and magnesium! Please note.

Hello Supplementation is still a very young field! We're making progress as and when we find information here and there, while keeping an objective eye on what we read in view of the discrepancies we sometimes come across. My wife and I have been interested in vitamin D for several years now. As time went by, we discovered that we needed to include magnesium, and then that we also needed vitamin K2... For the moment, that's where our discoveries end! The formula proposed by Narayana corresponds perfectly to our requirements! After my skin had deteriorated more and more over the years, it turned out last March that I had a vitamin D deficiency, among other diagnoses. This vitamin D in oil form is simply one of the best. Instead of 1 drop, I took 4 drops a day. You can calculate your dose on the internet depending on your blood value and body weight. When I was ill with corona, I doubled the dose. In October, when I had another blood test, my vitamin D stores were replenished and there were no more skin irritations. I also took a remedy for the gut and coenzyme Q10. Simply vitamin D with a little water in the morning. That's how it worked for me. So highly recommended!

I find vitamin D3/K2 supplementation very useful for the winter months. Drops are easy to dose and easier to take than capsules or tablets. There is no need for additives for capsule shells or stabilisers. Very effective for high blood pressure
My partner has high brood pressure. We have tried various things. But vitamin D/K is the most important. He has 190/110 at the worst, but he took 20 drops of vitamin D/K, arginine/citrulline, nattō kinase, taurine, magnesium (possibly vitamin E) twice a day and then became 140/86. 1 drop is enough for children, yes. Adults have a higher requirement. Good information on this can be found, for example, in the book by Dr Raimund von Helden "Healthy in seven days - success with vitamin D therapy", which is also available here. Have you also had your vitamin D level tested? Then you will also know whether you are well supplied with this dosage. Please also be sure to take magnesium daily. Not only does the body need it, but it also improves the effectiveness of D3 and, in combination with D3, ensures that calcium is utilised much better in the body.
