It is particularly characterised by the intense garlic scent the plant emits in spring across the meadows and deciduous woodlands of Europe. Wild garlic grows 20 to 30 cm tall, with stalked leaves reminiscent of spinach. Organic wild garlic extract is a concentrate made from the wild garlic plant Allium ursinum.
