Produktinformationen
Cold-pressed virgin avocado oil for culinary use
Pureness of flavour with the nutty aroma of fully ripe avocados
Unimedica organic avocado oil contains around 80% unsaturated fatty acids. Particularly valuable is the oil’s comparatively high linoleic acid content of approx. 10%.
Linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. To benefit from this positive effect, at least 10 g of linoleic acid should be consumed daily.
Virgin, cold-pressed avocado oil from certified organic cultivation
Unimedica organic avocado oil is produced by gentle cold pressing of the flesh of ripe avocados. The avocados are grown under strictly controlled organic conditions. The oil is manufactured in Germany and is organic-certified here in accordance with EU regulations.
Avocado oil is versatile
Avocado oil is excellent for seasoning cold dishes such as salads, dips and marinades. It has a mild, nutty taste. As an enhancement to mueslis or smoothies, rich in mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids, Unimedica avocado oil is also delicious.
At low temperatures it can also be used for gently cooking meat or vegetables. Avocado oil is not suitable for frying and deep-frying due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids.
Those who make their own natural cosmetics or like to care for themselves with pure natural products will also appreciate this Unimedica organic avocado oil for skin and hair care.
