D-Mannose
D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar related to glucose but is hardly metabolised by the body. It occurs in cranberries, birch and other plants.
D-Mannose is excreted by the kidneys and is traditionally used to support bladder health, often in combination with cranberry.
