Royal jelly is the food of the queen bee and is produced by nurse bees from their glands. The creamy substance contains proteins, fatty acids, vitamins and the unique 10-HDA.

Fresh royal jelly must be kept refrigerated. Alternatively, freeze-dried capsules are available for longer shelf life.
