No imported livers are used in the production of EVLCO. The only standard that meets their requirements is that of freshly and sustainably caught cod (Gadus morhua) from the Atlantic Ocean. To be exact, cod from the deep, untouched waters off the coast of the Lofoten Islands, Norway.
