Valerian capsules from Unimedica are highly concentrated: they contain 500 mg of pure valerian per capsule. Dried valerian roots are finely ground and packed in a plant-based capsule shell made from cellulose. Unimedica valerian capsules are purely plant-based and contain no additives.
