Pleasant lozenges
I have been taking A. Vogel's vitamin C tablets for years. Unfortunately, they are rarely available in pharmacies - but that's why there is the narayana publishing house, where you can easily order the tablets. They definitely help to strengthen the immune system. I hardly ever catch a cold.
