Acerola capsules
Natural vitamin C is better than ascorbic acid, which is merely an artificial imitation. Natural vitamin C goes far beyond the effects of ascorbic acid. And for those who have heard or read about vitamin C overdoses, this is always ascorbic acid, which may or may not cause problems when overdosed. If you want to improve the effect and make sure that vitamin C itself does not become a free radical, you should add OPC from grape seeds. This protects and strengthens the effect of vitamin C. Organic acerola again and again!

I am very impressed by the organic acerola capsules. I like the fact that the capsules contain so much acerola fruit extract (494 mg), which I find much more valuable and bioavailable than chemically produced ascorbic acid. The capsules are easy to swallow and the size is also suitable for my children, aged 11 and 14. If I feel a cold coming on, I don't just take 2 capsules a day as recommended, but double or triple the amount. This allows me to avoid almost every infection in good time. It's also great that the capsule shell is made from vegetable cellulose, so it's also suitable for vegans. The price is really okay and the tin lasts three months for the recommended use, which I also like.

Vitamin C in good concentration
Unimedica convinces me here with its good price-performance ratio. The vitamin C content per capsule is 80 mg, the recommended daily intake for men is 110 mg and for women 95 mg. I think Unimedica's concentration of 80mg is ideal. With our current nutritional situation, it is not impossible to get a deficit despite a healthy diet. So if a deficit were to occur, 80 mg would be a good way of compensating for it. I cannot subscribe to the idea that a lot helps a lot, there are also some manufacturers with high-dose products, but ultimately an excess of vitamin C is only excreted again. I have only had positive experiences so far and will continue to supplement.

Vitamin C - Substitution
In connection with an inflammatory spinal disease, I was interested in trying MSM (methylsulphonylmethane), a sulphur preparation. It is recommended to take vitamin C at the same time. As I eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables every day, I only took 1 tablet of acerola extract as a supplement. I have been doing this for about 7 months. I felt a slight but significant improvement in my condition and will continue this therapy for a while longer. Especially as a good supply of vitamin C strengthens the immune system, which is now even used in Covid 19 cases. In any case, I haven't had another cold during this period. I particularly like the fact that it is a natural vitamin as an extract of the organic acerola stone fruit and that the capsule is organic.

As I have a very sensitive stomach, I was sceptical at first, but I wanted to try it anyway. To my surprise, there were no problems in this respect. I am very satisfied with this high-quality product (as well as with all other products from this manufacturer). The price/performance ratio is absolutely right and I wouldn't want to do without it.

ACEROLA - Acerola extract
Very good product for boosting the immune system and getting through viruses. It helped me considerably to reduce the duration of a cold this summer. What's more, I feel in better shape, less tired than before and less prone to "slumps". I would recommend this product. I tolerate it very well. I'm satisfied with my purchase.
