MSM, Camu Camu and Vitamin D 3 - Clear buy recommendation!
The benefit: MSM is used in the event of a sulphur deficiency and for prevention. It is important that the body is supplied with sufficient sulphur. MSM can also have a positive effect on simple headaches and even migraines. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with food. Side effects: none. Effect: positive. Strengthens the immune system, heart, circulation, joints, intervertebral discs. :) I am positively surprised by it, my pain in the intervertebral disc and in my knees has decreased significantly. The set also contained Camu Camu: take 1 capsule a day. With vitamin C it protects against many diseases. Benefits: Against tiredness, headaches, immune deficiency, arthritis, colds and much more. Side effects: none. Effect: positive. Vitamin D 3 included in the set: Benefits: on DNA, brain, immune system, skin and hair. I take 1 drop of the sun vitamin undiluted every day. A clear recommendation to buy! You only do good things for your body. The customer service is great! I am happy to recommend this shop and its products with full conviction!

I can highly recommend the three products. I took them after pregnancy and while breastfeeding and had much less hair loss and generally more energy as a result. I also take a tablespoon of linseed oil and magnesium so that the D3 is better absorbed. Colds haven't stood a chance since then either. I can highly recommend the products in this combination.

Perfect set for joints and to strengthen the immune system
With this set, I have found the right combination of active ingredients to simultaneously strengthen my immune system and counteract my incipient joint complaints. Vitamin D3 is extremely important, especially in flu (and corona) times, as it is highly effective against increased susceptibility to infections, but also has a positive effect on muscles and bones, MSM improves synovial fluid and relieves joint pain. And camu camu, which is perhaps less well known, strengthens the immune system and also has a positive effect on joints and muscles. In this respect, I am very satisfied with this joint complex.
