The benefit: MSM is used in the event of a sulphur deficiency and for prevention. It is important that the body is supplied with sufficient sulphur. MSM can also have a positive effect on simple headaches and even migraines. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with food. Side effects: none. Effect: positive. MSM, Camu Camu, D3
I can highly recommend the three products. I took them after pregnancy and while breastfeeding and had much less hair loss and generally more energy as a result. I also take a tablespoon of linseed oil and magnesium so that the D3 is better absorbed. Colds haven't stood a chance since then either. I can highly recommend the products in this combination.

Perfect set for joints and to strengthen the immune system
With this set, I have found the right combination of active ingredients to simultaneously strengthen my immune system and counteract my incipient joint complaints.
