OPC - these are oligomeric proanthocyanidins - and MSM - that is organic sulphur. Together they form an unbeatable team and are therefore now available as a value pack. I feel fit, energetic and healthy. The only thing is that the capsules don't slide down easily and sometimes get stuck. That's unpleasant. But I'm also not used to swallowing tablets. That's why I'm going to order the MSM in powder form.
