Increases the quality of life
This combination of active ingredients is fundamental for joint health, as it has fortunately helped me with joint pain in my knees and back. Significant reduction in pain in my hands and fingers when wringing out the kitchen cloth or where I need strength when doing manual labour. Back pain is greatly reduced and after sports exercises the knee and ankle joints feel less strained. I felt the effect after just 5 days of taking it. My body tells me that my musculoskeletal system recovers and strengthens more quickly. Interestingly, when I unconsciously wake up in a bad sleeping position with pain, I previously had intense pain for days, mostly on one side of my neck and shoulder. The active ingredients can provide quick relief and the body definitely regenerates faster!

Helps with joint problems on a natural basis
It takes a long time for an effect to occur, but it does occur - without side effects. - It should be noted that the maximum daily dose (probably enforced by the pharmaceutical mafia for all natural remedies) must be exceeded for an effect to occur. I have been taking six times this amount every day (for about three weeks) and I can move better and better. I will therefore be reordering the product in the foreseeable future.

Initially I took 4 capsules in the morning, 4 capsules at lunchtime and 4 capsules in the evening. After about one and a half months I was well enough to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening; it is actually getting better and better, so I leave it at this dosage. - I must also add that I have been taking the trace element boron in the form of a water-soluble borax preparation in food quality, namely approx. 10 mg boron daily: both preparations have so far made my hip and knee osteoarthritis virtually pain-free.

Osteoarthritis symptoms quickly relieved after ingestion
I had arthritis pain in my right knee. After taking the capsules, there was a clear improvement within 14 days. I will take this product permanently. Hello Ellen, I am also looking for a homeopathic remedy for osteoarthritis and joint problems. Unfortunately, I couldn't tolerate the turmeric, although it helped me a lot. It's the same with glucosamine and chondroitin. The intestines are on strike. I would like to try these frankincense-MSM capsules, but I don't know about the allergic reactions to frankincense, because not everyone can tolerate it. I don't think the frankincense in these capsules is in such high doses. And just taking the MSM capsules is probably not enough to alleviate the symptoms, is it?

Hi Corinna, these products are not homeopathic, they are micro*nutrients* in an excellent composition. MSM can cause problems for a few days because it detoxifies, thankfully. Frankincense helps to get inflammation under control. This cartilage complex is really worth a try. As you mention that your bowels are on strike, you should first get your bowels in order, as this is often the cause of joint problems. And then you can also tolerate glucosamine and condroitin. You can find good information on YouTube from Peter Hansen Volkmann.

Basically good
I am convinced by the products of Narayana Naturhaus and am basically very satisfied. When I took this product in combination with blood-thinning or blood circulation-promoting medicines, I experienced subcutaneous haemorrhaging. At the time I was taking borage oil and Venenfreund for my veins, and after my own research I discovered a connection with the active ingredient glucosamine and its incompatibility with blood-thinning substances. So, basically the medicine is very helpful and therefore 5 stars, but the combination with other food supplements and medication should always be reconsidered. I also give it to my old dog (16 years old) for his joint pain. They alleviate his complaints. However, I am now also leaving out the borage oil for him, although it has a very positive effect in principle.

Good effect with Arthorse
I take 3 capsules daily in the afternoon after a meal. I took this product years ago for knee pain and it helped me very well. The capsules are easy to take and don't stick in the mouth. They are easy to swallow with a little water, even 3 at a time. I can recommend them, especially because the quality is good and the price is more reasonable than pharmacy products.

Hello I've had these problems with knee pain, I had to work standing up all day. My knees started to hurt and I couldn't even take the stairs.
