Thoroughly cleans: surface cleaner without unnecessary additives

Hydrogen peroxide is a pale blue, in diluted form colourless liquid. It consists of hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen peroxide is versatile. It has disinfectant, antibacterial, bleaching and oxidising properties. This makes hydrogen peroxide an effective cleaning agent for surfaces such as chopping boards, worktops, refrigerators or toilets.

Our hydrogen peroxide solution is food-grade and is therefore particularly suitable for cleaning in food preparation areas. Food-grade in this context means that, at the given concentration and composition, the hydrogen peroxide solution is safe for health when used as intended. However, as a biocide it is by no means intended for ingestion.

For clear visibility and hygienically clean, sparkling surfaces

Windows can also be cleaned to a sparkling finish with hydrogen peroxide. Apply the hydrogen peroxide solution to a cloth, wipe the surface to be cleaned and, if necessary, rinse with clean water or wipe again with a clean, damp cloth.

To help plants thrive

Hydrogen peroxide eliminates mould and can also protect houseplants from certain fungal and algal infestations. To do this, once a week spray or water plants with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide solution and 1 litre of water.

An effective solution — also for use with food

The hydrogen peroxide solution from Unimedica consists of highly pure, double-distilled water, hydrogen peroxide and phosphoric acid. The complete solution contains 3.5% pure hydrogen peroxide. This combination ensures comprehensive disinfection and deep cleaning.

Phosphoric acid mainly aids the thorough cleaning of items that have come into contact with food or other organic substances. It also stabilises the solution. This ensures that the overall solution always contains a guaranteed 3.5% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Combined with the antibacterial, fungicidal and disinfectant properties of hydrogen peroxide, this provides particularly effective, comprehensive cleaning and hygiene.

Why clean with hydrogen peroxide?

Hydrogen peroxide reliably and easily brings deep cleanliness into the home, eliminating potential pathogens such as mould, viruses and bacteria on surfaces and thereby supporting basic hygiene for our well-being. It also neutralises odours. The hydrogen peroxide solution is soap-free and, in concentrations up to 3%, non-toxic to humans on skin contact, as it decomposes back into water and oxygen. This is, for example, a major advantage over chlorine when removing mould.

Inspired by nature

Hydrogen peroxide also occurs in nature. It is formed from ozone in the air and is a component of rainwater and snow. As is well known, rainwater cleans particularly well and in earlier times white laundry was bleached on snow in the sun. Following this example, our hydrogen peroxide solution is also produced: stable and of very high purity.
