A wonderful remedy, but still too little known
Since DMSO is not yet so well known and many people do not realise what it is used for and how it should be used, I will write a little about what I have researched:
"For self-treatment, DMSO can be used both ingested and externally in the form of brushing, dripping or spraying. DMSO is a substance that has decongestant, restorative, vasodilatory, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, regenerative, analgesic and tonic properties. It is effective against bacteria, fungi and viruses. The anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties also have an effect when DMSO is applied externally, e.g. to affected joints. And unlike a normal medicine, which only works on a specific disease, DMSO is a holistic concept that brings the entire body's cellular function back to normal. Used on its own or in combination with other medicinal substances, it can be used to treat almost any disease known to man.
Despite the countless possible applications, the proven effect in many studies and the low price, there is one "side effect" that prevents many people from using DMSO. Irrespective of the amount taken and the application, a garlic-like or hard-to-define odour is produced, which some also interpret as being reminiscent of seaweed or oysters.
Undiluted DMSO tastes sweet and bitter. When mixed with water, it becomes increasingly bitter. It can be mixed with water or juices until a "pleasant" flavour is achieved. You should always choose a mixing ratio that makes it pleasant to take.
When used externally, slight reddening, burning and itching of the skin may occur. This is alleviated by mixing the solution more thoroughly with water until the irritation has disappeared. Therefore, before applying DMSO externally, first check the tolerance and the optimum mixing ratio on a small area of skin." Administered via the skin, the highest concentration in the blood serum is reached after four to eight hours - orally usually after four hours. After 120 hours, DMSO is no longer detectable in the body.
There are different combination and dosage options. Each user has to see what works for them and, above all, how it works for them." This is probably why there is no "exact" application description.

I have been taking DMSO myself for several years. I have had very good results with it for joint complaints of all kinds. My recommendation is simply to order the book and read through it first: Do I want to take it internally or externally. When using it externally, you have to bear in mind that DMSO may transport impurities or clothing fluff into the body via the pores. This means keeping the parts of the body that I want to brush with DMSO clean and not putting on any clothing for at least 30/40 minutes. And do not pour this DMSO into plastic containers and store it or use plastic brushes to brush the body parts.

Yes, DMSO is really a wonderful remedy, I have just had sinusitis - rhinitis for approx. 5-6 weeks which is really exhausting, very little sleep scabbed nasal mucosa, I have treated my nose with nasal showers 250ml seawater solution (ready-made solution mixed with boiled water and 250ml chamomile tea in a 500ml nasal shower several times a day and nasal spray 15% DMSO and after 5 minutes 1% hydrogen peroxide, and put 1 drop of DMSO in the ears and after 5 minutes 1 drop of hydrogen peroxide. My infection is now almost over, the mucous membranes in my nose are in very good condition again thanks to DMSO, and don't forget the other remedies, H2O2 and camomile tea are wonderful natural helpers. Also natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry. "AND PATIENCE" and POSITIVE THINKING. These are my experiences with DMSO and some other wonderful remedies which are by no means an invitation to imitate them. And I am very grateful for that.

Miracle cure for hair loss!
My husband and I have been using DMSO for years and only have positive things to say. With my knee injury I was pain-free again very quickly, and every doctor is amazed at the rapid healing of open wounds. Whether it's a broken toe or a bruise, I'm always surprised at the success. But my greatest success was my hair loss! I tried DMSO on my scalp in desperation, because my dermatologist told me that my hair follicles had stopped producing hair, so I thought I was going bald. Now 9 months later the hair loss is still fine without me having to continue using DMSO. Now I use it in combination with organic castor oil for scalp care and hair growth. Hello Walter, thank you for your interest. I use it on my husband after washing his hair, 60% DMSO and 40% sterile water. We only need to use it once or twice a week and I have been able to achieve a standstill with him. I also recommend combining it with castor oil to care for the scalp, as DMSO can also dry out the skin. I explain the exact application in my video on JouTube Rosis heilende Natur. Dear Roswitha, castor oil has a drying effect and should therefore not be used on dry skin. It adds shine to hair care, but not care in that sense. Shea butter or coconut oil, for example, are more suitable. You have to try out which oil your own scalp likes best.

Hello Karla, I can't agree with that. I am now 60 years old and have been using organic castor oil in combination with DMSO for several years for my face and scalp; my skin is almost wrinkle-free. It can strengthen hair growth and is effective against itching and dandruff. I also use the valuable oils from Narayana for my face. Also in combination with my homemade collagen gel. Of course, everyone reacts differently to oils, but I can only pass on my positive experiences. I am grateful to have discovered DMSO and organic castor oil from Narayana, including my husband👍🙏. LG!

Only partly true. Castor oil is still often prescribed by dermatologists in skin creams and ointments. In pharmacies, we often produce it in combination with other substances and active ingredients. It is then often prescribed in a 10-20% concentration, e.g. in formulations for severely keratinised skin. However, I do not know whether it is a good idea to apply castor oil "pure" to the skin. Many people buy it for hair loss and then apply it to the scalp. However, in my many years of using it, I have never heard any positive feedback that it could stop hair loss. ... Simply collect the skins from the onion and garlic and boil slowly in 1.5 litres for 15 minutes, then cool slightly and rinse the head. Do not rinse your head with water again... repeat all this every 2 weeks. The hair will not fall out as much afterwards.

I mix 60% DMSO with water, apply it to the washed scalp and then the castor oil, which I leave on for about two hours or overnight and then wash out with shampoo. I use this once a week, and in case of hair loss I also use the DMSO mixture in between. You don't need to wash it out. Versatile and effective
I didn't know DMSO yet, but came across it while browsing here. And as I was having problems with my feet, I ordered a bottle to try it out. An old tendon injury kept causing me problems. It was so bad again that it was impossible for me to walk (in the sense of running). I was in a lot of pain when I tried to jump off. I applied DMSO to my ankle and large parts of my foot early in the morning and in the evening. Before a week had passed, I was pain-free and could jump again.
In the meantime, I also bought the book "DMSO - the amazing healing power of nature". I read that DMSO can also be used to treat nail fungus. After a pedicure, I had a white, unsightly spot on a large toenail (approx. 1/4 of the nail) that would not grow out. It must have been nail fungus. I rubbed the nail with DMSO 1 to 2 times a day. It took a long time, 3 or 4 weeks, but now the toenail looks completely normal again.

I am surprised and impressed at how well the product works.
I had severe pain and restricted movement in my shoulder. Physiotherapy, painkillers and injections didn't really help in the long term.
I then just rubbed DMSO into it regularly for a few weeks and currently have no more problems. It really is amazing.
I also rubbed it into an operation scar and the scar is almost invisible.
However, I would strongly recommend reading a specialist book on DMSO so that you don't do anything wrong when using it and get some basic information about the substance.

DMSO is not washed off, at least not in my case. I spray it on the affected area and then let it dry. Do not cover it beforehand or bring it into contact with other substances (e.g. gloves). Please also look at responses from other users. All the best

Dear Eva, it is best to use the DMSO both internally and externally. Both diluted. But it is essential to familiarise yourself with it beforehand. It is essential that you read the little booklet by Evelyne Laye "DMSO" beforehand. There you will find all the important information. For example, when applying DMSO externally, you must wait until it has dried completely before putting your clothes back on. (DMSO would otherwise immediately combine with synthetic substances from the clothes, for example, and absorb them into the body tissue. This would of course be very counterproductive). I wish you every success. Be patient. Perhaps you will first experience a so-called "first aggravation", only then the improvement.

my number 1 for muscle regeneration
I like to use DMSO after sport, especially when I have very sore muscles. I can only recommend the product! But there are so many other areas of application because DMSO has pain-relieving, wound-healing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial effects.
As there are several forms of application, you should definitely inform yourself beforehand depending on the complaint and area of application in order to avoid unwanted side effects.

Strangely surprisingly fast effect
I bought DMSO from Unimedica to try it out because I am convinced by the Unimedica brand and so is a friend. He told me that he dilutes DMSO drops 1 to 1 with water and simply rubs it in and lets it work, then back pain is gone immediately. I have just done the same thing on the right side of my neck as I have stenosis there and the pressure/tension is unbearable. Now the right side is immediately free after rubbing in and feels light! I didn't smell any unpleasant odour but it is supposed to smell like garlic, let's see, I will use it again and also rub Unimedica DMSO on the cyst on my thumb, which has almost turned blue. Hello dear Sigrid I happened to find offers and comments from/about DMSO here in the middle of the night and read them all! I have also had the same or similar complaints for years and would like to know more about your head droning! I prefer to call it buzzing, crackling but it could also be droning! Anyway, it's very unpleasant and lasts for a very long time, actually always after sleeping (lying down)! Especially when I can sleep for a long time at a time (2-3 hours)! I wake up all the time, unfortunately there is no diagnosis, I don't have tinnitus! I would be very happy to hear your feedback, LG Inga from Frankfurt!

I used the DMSO product for my husband. He had been suffering from inflammation in his knee for years, which was sometimes so severe that he could no longer walk. Hyaluronic acid injections into the knee were ineffective, as were various other therapeutic approaches. Due to the severe inflammation, it was not possible to perform an arthroscopy of the knee, which had become necessary. I tried DMSO. After eight days of external application, all inflammation and swelling had disappeared. The pain was significantly less. The necessary operation could go ahead. The usual use of cortisone and antibiotics during the operation and strong painkillers after the operation was no longer necessary. After the operation, my husband continued to use DMSO to prevent inflammation and swelling. These have not returned to this day - 10 days after the operation. The healing process has been accelerated.

DMSO instead of nasal spray!
As I have problems breathing through my nose at night, I often used a conventional nasal spray from the pharmacy. By chance, I noticed that when I applied DMSO to the outside of my nose with a cotton pad after cleansing, I could breathe again immediately. The effect lasts for a few hours and since then I no longer need a nasal spray at all! I am grateful to have discovered this remedy.

I would give it 10 points instead of 5. I was really sceptical at first, but now I've realised for myself that this really is such a great product that no medicine cabinet should be without it. A miracle cure for pain
My lower back has been a problem area for a very long time. Especially in the sacral joint area. On some days, even getting up and standing is a challenge. So I started dabbing the painful areas with a 70 per cent solution of DMSO on a cotton pad in the evening after showering. The result is incredible. There are different degrees of dilution - depending on the body parts. E.g. 60% DMSO would be 6 drops of DMSO and 4 drops of distilled water. Water. I recommend Dr Hartmut Fischer (medizinzumselbermachen.de) for more information and handling.

DMSO - a magic remedy
I have been using it for many years.
It helps with pain of all kinds. Both internally and externally. If you find the odour a little unpleasant, you can take it with a whole lemon (complete with peel, organic of course) crushed in a blender.
My daughter suffers from MS. She takes it daily to treat the inflammation in her brain, as it passes through the blood-brain barrier.
Also great when applied to scars. It keeps them soft.
But please only apply by hand or with a glass or porcelain spatula.

Taking vitamin D is also very important for MS! A dose of 1,000 IU per 10kg body weight is recommended. This means that a man weighing 80kg needs 8,000 units of vitamin D3 per day. It is best to combine it with K2 and magnesium so that it is better absorbed by the body. M.f.G. Kathrin

Yes, that's only 1,000 units per drop. According to Dr von Helden, who also created the vitamin D page, it's not enough. I (female, mid-50s) am currently only taking 4,000 units per day. I had my level measured by my doctor in October and it was very high (95ng/ml). My doctor said that the 4,000 units would be enough for me (60kg) over the winter because my level is very high. I'm now taking it until April and then I'll stop until October, as I'm outside every day over lunchtime during the summer and can build up a high level in summer due to sunlight. However, if you work in an office all day and only go out at the weekend, for example, you can take D3 throughout the summer. It is best to have the level determined in the laboratory or by a doctor and then increase the dosage. L.G. Kathrin

I don't even know where to start.

Lumps under the skin
I had a thick lump under my skin. One doctor said it was a cyst, the other a sebaceous gland. I simply started dabbing DMSO diluted (1 tr. water with 2 tr. Very good product quality
I am very enthusiastic about this product.
Unfortunately, it is still too little known.
I have added this DMSO to my magnesium oil and use it as a body oil against pain. I have also achieved great results with DSMO alone for herpes. I simply dabbed the blisters with pure DSMO. It healed much faster and without pain.

The best remedy ever
I have been using DMSO drops for pain since 2018. Rub in daily, undiluted on the affected areas. At the time, I had major problems in my left shoulder, bursitis, pain day and night. I couldn't lift my arm and already had an appointment for an operation. DMSO was recommended to me with the words: If I was ready for alternative things, I should definitely use the remedy.... As I am not a fan of chemicals, not even for operations, I ordered DMSO from Narayana. I very quickly realised that I was free of pain. I rubbed it into my entire shoulder area and upper arm several times a day. It was unbelievable, immediately after rubbing I felt an enormous improvement, gradually I was able to lift my arm higher. I cancelled the operation!
My shoulder is completely fine. As I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, I rub the drops into the lumbar spine area every day. This enables me to be pain-free and more mobile for 6 hours. I am extremely grateful for the recommendation at the time and often pass it on to patients suffering from pain. I also take a teaspoon of DMSO in a glass of still water in the morning and feel much better. I also bought the book to find out more about DMSO. It is tremendous to read about the areas in which the drops help and heal. Yes, I know that these drops heal!
Why endure suffering and pain any longer ? The solution is very simple ! All the best !

Hello Mrs Werner,
I have just read in your text that you have fibromyalgia, among other things. My son, who is now 10 years old, developed non-specific pain all over his body at the end of January. Since then he has not been able to go to school regularly. And when he does, he can only manage an hour at most. The main problems are his back, arms, shoulders and legs. In the meantime, a paediatric rheumatologist has diagnosed fibromyalgia. However, Lyme disease has not yet been ruled out. Has DMSO helped you with the pain in general? So also with your fibro? I'm now desperate because he was always out and about doing his kickboxing and now he just lies around. I still motivate him to exercise. He says that relief would already help him.

DMSO for nerve pain caused by shingles
I have used DMSO for shingles by adding it to very warm bath water with MSM and hypericum mother tincture for severe nerve pain, or together with marigold mother tincture for itching. The pain was reduced immediately. The blisters receded. The wound healed without complications. When the nerve pain intensified, I also added DMSO to the self-mixed skin cream, which felt very good. I also used homeopathic remedies and took a course of MSM, Vit. D3 & B complex & zinc, as well as meditation. DMSO was recommended to me years ago by a physiotherapist for severe pain. Since then I have not needed any other painkillers.

Has a thickening effect on hair
As I had already found out about DMSO from other customers, I knew how to use it. I diluted the product 1:1 with ordinary water. Pure on the skin/scalp it burns a little, but this subsides after a few minutes. Very good to dilute with castor oil. Apply to thin areas of hair 2 days before shampooing! Really works against hair loss and thinning hair. Thicker hair after 2 weeks! I can recommend the product!
The diluted DMSO can be applied with a pipette.

Relief from tension pain
The clear liquid must be diluted according to the respective symptoms. However, the liquid can be mixed very well with water, ointments, creams and sprays.
Applications are very diverse ... I am currently treating my tension, particularly to relieve tension pain in my knees and elbows, but also in the joints of my fingers and toes. There is no generalised way of using dimethyl sulphoxide. Rather, the dosage depends heavily on the particular clinical picture that is to be cured. It also depends on the part of the body in question and whether it is to be used internally or externally. You simply have to try it out and see how you react to it. All in all, the DMSO from Unimedica is flawless.

@Babajara: You can buy glass bottles with a 100ml spray attachment in almost every pharmacy. Dilute DMSO 1:1 with distilled water. Shake the bottle well. I only ever fill it with 50ml and then prefer to mix it fresh more often, as I don't know whether it loses its effect if it sits around for too long...

I diluted the DMSO with water (60 per cent) and applied a few drops directly to my stomach where the blister is. After 5 to 10 minutes I could already feel an effect - it got much better. Since then, I have been applying it to my stomach immediately at the slightest sign of an incipient bladder infection and repeating this as necessary.

An all-rounder in everyday life
DMSO is an all-rounder.
I mix it 50/50 with water and then mix it into my day and night cream, for example. This allows the active ingredients to penetrate much deeper into my skin.
You can use it all over your body. Even if you have small warts or pimples, for example. Simply dab it on the affected area several times a day and it disappears.
I can no longer imagine my everyday life without it.
But be careful, it should not be used pure (only if you are familiar with it) and must not come into contact with plastic.
I have small tinted glass bottles with pipettes on them.

DMSO helps with pain and inflammation
DMSO is a marvellous remedy with a broad spectrum of action. I have used it successfully on pimples and styes. I applied a one-off dilution of 3% DMSO in the evening or dripped it into my eyes and they were gone by morning. I have used it with partial success for chronic foot and ankle pain. I applied a dilution of 80% DMSO morning and evening for the first week and then only in the evening. In the first week, the ankle pain improved considerably and is getting better and better day by day. My morning stiffness in my feet disappeared after two weeks, which again has an improvement on my ankle. I have mixed the 80% DMSO solution with 80% DMSO and 20% isotonic water solution. To make an isotonic water solution (non-sterile), I dissolved 9 grams of rock salt in one litre of distilled water. For the eyes, nose and ears, however, you need sterile isotonic water (available from a pharmacy). As DMSO dissolves substances and introduces them into the body, there are a few things to bear in mind when using and buying DMSO, so it is very important to inform yourself. Information can be found in the book "The DMSO Handbook" by Dr Hartmut Fischer, on Hartmut Fischer's website and YouTube videos with Hartmut Fischer. The book is more suitable for people with medical and chemical knowledge.

I tried it first and then ordered the book. Thanks to the reviews here and brief information on the internet about the dosage, I didn't have to wait for the book. My friend has been struggling with his intervertebral disc for years. He was a competitive athlete and didn't train properly. His shoulder and neck are his biggest problems.
He wanted to go to the doctor to get a prescription for painkillers and I remembered this through friends. I took 300ml of water and put a teaspoon of it in. He weighs more but I am cautious. Took it for 3 days and took a break. It tastes bitter, I say more like garlic. My friend says dead rat on old cardboard.
After a few days break he drank the same dose again. And according to the book, he smelled it for miles and I found it very difficult to give him a kiss. He didn't notice anything himself. Now all his blockages and pain are gone. It got better the very same day after taking it, but it came back again. But no longer as intense. 14 days have passed and he is getting more air than in the last few years.

Improvement
The DMSO drops were recommended to me (85 years old) 2 years ago after I was told to take an arsenal of medication by my GP for high blood pressure, adult-onset diabetes, cholesterol etc. I have been using DMSO drops regularly ever since. Since I have been using the DMSO drops regularly, I feel much better overall. My digestion has stabilised, my joint pain has improved significantly, I feel more energetic and I have gradually been able to reduce and even stop taking some medication. DMSO from Unimedica
My discovery of DMSO was like finding a miracle cure, as I was able to observe the colossal effect with my own eyes. I have atopic dermatitis on the palm of my right hand, where there are phases in which the skin cracks and open wounds appear, which is annoying during many activities. Of course, I have been to various dermatologists and other doctors who only had the idea of treating it with an ointment containing cortisone, but I preferred to live with it for many years without cortisone, sometimes with open palms. When I discovered DMSO, I rubbed it into my palms several times and within a day and a night the spots closed up. Well, the neurodermatitis doesn't heal either, but regular application means that the skin no longer bursts open and I can live well with it without cortisone! Having recognised the principle, it can be extended, whenever I have a wound, DMSO makes it heal faster. Inflamed gums also recover much faster than with Salviathymol, which I used to take. I am very satisfied with the DMSO from Unimedica, it helps just as well as its predecessors, but is cheaper and the pipette bottle is practical for me.
