Power and purity for the cells

R-alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is the naturally active form of lipoic acid. This is a sulphur-containing essential fatty acid. It is water and fat-soluble, and therefore able to cross the blood-brain barrier. This property makes it useful, for example, during chelation treatment to remove mercury and other heavy metals from the body.

In its natural R form lipoic acid acts as a coenzyme in the cells' power stations, the mitochondria, where it fulfils important tasks in energy metabolism. It can also regenerate depleted antioxidants in the body and capture free radicals.

R-alpha-lipoic acid in capsules from Unimedica has very high bioavailability since it is in the pure natural form.

A daily dose (1 capsule) contains 150 mg pure R-alpha-lipoic acid. A bottle with 120 capsules lasts four months.

Vegan and without the following additives

R-alpha-lipoic acid capsules from Unimedica are, according to legal requirements, free of preservatives and still free of additives such as colouring, stabilisers and separating agents such as magnesium stearate; they are also GMO-free as well as lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan. I am extremely surprised by such answers . Why do you write like a naturopath? How about before and after blood results or at least something like after 2 months of taking this or that. When reading such reports (unfortunately here at Narayana there are 60-80% such and similar) I immediately have to think of purchased reports on Amazon. Who the hell wants to hear that the parcel arrived after only 1 day or read stolen texts about possible theoretical effects of a remedy? Narayana is by far the best supplier in Germany but such reports do not do justice to Narayana products and are also extremely embarrassing

Hello Marion, with regard to your problem in connection with R-alpha lipoic acid, I cannot (yet) contribute any experience, but I can tell you from my own experience that you can eliminate drug residues with Panaceo zeolite (intestinal repair as a capsule and not as a powder, as it is more effective) over a course of 3-4 months.

Thanks for the tips and for asking. I can't really judge the influence of the nems, as I have PEM and it has worsened overall. So far I have had the best effect with liposomal Vit C (2-6g /d), Lipos. Magnesium (200mg), and a mixture with gluthation and alpha lipoic acid. Do you have PEM (crashes)? (I ask because of the ginseng effect)

I tried the R-alpha lipoic acid because I had read that it is good for the liver... it detoxifies and optimises function. It is also supposed to increase insulin sensitivity... since I have problems in both areas... I wanted to support my body with this product... the effect is rather subtle for me... but what I have noticed is that I am less tired during the day and I hardly have such massive blood sugar fluctuations after eating.... unless I eat something really sugary. Less appetite for sweets... I also find it helpful.... Unfortunately, the kilos are still on. But I'm happy to give my body the time it needs and continue to support it with R-alpha lipoic acid. I also regularly take OPC Ultra ..... and L Carnosine.... What I also find great are the smaller capsules..... with the "normal size" I need ages to get them down.... For me, a clear recommendation to buy the product ....
