Brown millet flour can be stirred into a wide variety of drinks and dishes.
Recipe tip: Brown millet breakfast
Mix 2 tablespoons of brown millet flour per person with 2 tablespoons of water and leave to soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning, grate an apple and fold into the swollen brown millet with a tablespoon of raisins, 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds and 150 g of natural yogurt.

I found the reference to eating brown millet flour in connection with my osteoarthritis, I am only at the beginning but I can say that the symptoms are less or have not progressed. I am hopeful. It tastes good, if you can call it that, and a teaspoon is actually enough for a sip of water.

Very healthy flour
For several years I have been taking 2 tablespoons of brown millet every morning with 1 teaspoon of linseed, a little cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of rose hip powder. Since then I have practically no more arthritis complaints in my knees, have lots of strong hair that everyone admires, practically no more hair loss and strong fingernails. I can only recommend it to everyone!
