Reishi mushroom powder to strengthen the heart and for better sleep
I take the reishi mushroom powder mainly for my heart. It regulates my pulse rate and brings my blood pressure in order. It also improves my sleep, both falling asleep and sleeping through the night. This gives me more energy during the day and makes me feel good. Because the powder tastes very bitter, I take it together with a drink sweetened with honey.
