The medicinal mushroom Hericium is native to China and Japan. In Asia Hericium is highly prized as an edible mushroom. Its flavour is reminiscent of citrus fruits and coconut.

100% *organic Hericium mushroom powder, of which 5% polysaccharides

Recommended intake

As a dietary supplement, dissolve 3 g in about 250 ml of liquid (water, juices, etc.) once or twice daily and preferably drink it about half an hour before meals.

Note: The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Makes the head pleasantly clear and increases concentration. I added a little less than half a teaspoon to my coffee in the morning for the first few days. I noticed a slight head pressure on the first day. Lighter-coloured stools showed that the liver was detoxifying somewhat. Sometimes I also take something in the afternoon, depending on what I still have to do. I would like to take it as a cure because anything good in the long term and too high a dose becomes the opposite It can be combined well with Rhodeola, but must be taken before exercise and not afterwards in order to unfold its effect. Astragalus is more suitable after exertion or in the middle of it. In Asia, Hericium is more of a remedy for the summer as it cools or must be taken with warm remedies in winter. These include ginger, cinnamon, liquorice and all other gingerbread spices.
