Our Organic Fungi Complex consists of 10 types of fungi in a plant-based capsule shell made of cellulose. The fungi are gently dried and ground into powder, retaining their valuable ingredients. The following fungi are included:
Hericium erinaceus (lion's mane), known for its particular structure. Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) is called "the fungus of eternal life" in China. Inonotus obliquus (chaga) is known for its robust structure and its long tradition of use in natural healing, as is Cordyceps sinensis, which is especially valued in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Lentinula edodes (shiitake) has long been regarded as a mycological "superhero" with a long tradition of use. The remaining fungi Grifola frondosa (maitake), Pleurotus ostreatus (oyster mushroom), Auricularia (Jew's ear), Tremella fuciformis (snow fungus) as well as Polyporus umbellata are also valuable.
