The organic dulse leaves are a versatile ingredient for enhancing fish, meat and vegetable dishes as well as pasta or seaweed noodles. They are also often used in smoothies.
Note: The product naturally contains iodine. Excessive intake of iodine can affect thyroid function. The product may contain small particles from the sea.
May contain traces of crustaceans, molluscs and fish.

Application
Portion size: 5 g soaked leaves
Separate the organic dulse leaves and cut larger specimens into pieces about 10 cm long. Then massage the leaves with a little oil (e.g. sesame oil) until they are lightly coated. Put them in the oven at around 220°C for about 2 minutes. Once the colour changes from red to green, the leaves are ready. Check through the oven door regularly while they are in the oven. This turns dulse into the so-called "sea bacon".
Soaked leaves are excellent for enhancing vegetable dishes and salads. The soaking water should not be used.
