Nattokinase - 100 mg / 2000 FU per daily dose (1 capsule) - 120 capsules - by Unimedica

Revealed: the thousand-year-old secret of Japan

Nattokinase capsules from Unimedica contain in a plant-based capsule shell nattokinase, embedded in organic rice flour. Nattokinase is a fibrolytic enzyme extracted from natto. Natto itself comes from a traditional Japanese dish of boiled and fermented soya beans. The soya beans were originally wrapped in rice straw to trigger the fermentation.

For the nattokinase capsules from Unimedica, soybean extract is fermented at low temperature for 8 to 24 hours. Starter cultures with the bacteria strain Bacillus subtilis natto transform the soy beans in the ferment, with positive effects on our wellbeing.

What is nattokinase good for?

The enzymes of fermented foods have a reputation for positively influencing the bacteria in our gut. The enzyme nattokinase also has fibrinolytic properties i.e. it can degrade the protein fibrin, which is involved in blood clotting. So please be careful when taking blood thinners at the same time! In this case consult a doctor before taking this product.

Each capsule contains 100 mg of pure nattokinase. This corresponds to 2000 fibrinolytic units (FU), a high dose of this valuable enzyme.

Each bottle contains 120 capsules. This is enough for four months.

Vegan and without the following additives

Vegan capsule shells from pure plant-based cellulose (HPMC), free of carrageen and PEG.

Nattokinase from Unimedica is, according to legal requirements, free of flavouring, colouring, stabilisers, preservatives and separating agents such as magnesium stearate; it is also GMO-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and gelatine-free.

Ingredients

Rice flour¹, 24% fermented soybean extract, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose²
¹from certified organic farming

Miracle cure - shortness of breath and chest tightness
I had shortness of breath and tightness in my chest when walking and often had to stop to recover before continuing at a very slow pace. I didn't want to take any medication because once you start, with all the side effects, you get really sick. (I have experience). My daughter-in-law recommended Natto Kinase, and now after 5 months I have no more problems. I also take other Unimedica products such as Q10, Opc forte and Camu Camu. It's such a happy feeling for me that I can't describe it. I've just come back from a 1.5 hour run on the treadmill. I have no problems with the air, no tiredness and can continue to do all my activities. This is really unbelievable, and without chemicals. Why is this not publicised? How much suffering and money could be saved for health insurance companies and pharmacies. Thank goodness that there are still scientists who are committed to naturopathic research and thus offer real help to mankind, thank you Narayana

No more chemistry...
After a thrombosis in my left arm in 2018, I was naturally prescribed a chemical blood thinner. I took it, or had to take it, but within a few days I developed various complaints such as bleeding gums, malaise, stomach problems, etc. After researching this product and its possible side effects, I became scared and anxious. I immediately did some research on a possible natural remedy and came across Nattokinase. In the acute phase, I increased the Nattokinase from 2x1 to 2x6 capsules and then reduced it again. After 3-4 days I could already see an improvement and after 3 weeks the thrombosis had completely disappeared and it has stayed that way to this day. I continue to take Nattokinase once a day as a preventative measure and can recommend the product with a clear conscience!

Hello, I asked my doctor about nattokinase, but unfortunately he had no idea about it and said that it wouldn't help. Many doctors don't have the knowledge about natural alternatives or don't want to deal with them. Just try it out and see for yourself that it works 😊. Best regards

Hello Dieter, I am also looking for a replacement for Pradaxa. My friend had a stroke just under a year ago with haemorrhaging in the brain. He has made a full recovery but should continue to take this medication. I've read a lot about nattokinase, but as you say, the doctors don't want to comment on it.

Of course, 2 times 6 is a lot, but as I wrote, it was an acute situation. I took them in the morning and in the evening and had no problems with them. I would have the pain in my left leg checked out first, it could also have other causes.

Prevention if you are prone to blood clots...
After experiencing C19 twice, 6 months apart, with relatively severe symptoms, I noticed that I had diffuse pain in the heart area from time to time. It was a kind of "pinching". I also started to get unusual headaches weeks after the infection. This set my alarm bells ringing... anyone who is informed will be able to categorise these symptoms to some extent. Then there was my infallible gut feeling, which has never let me down. Always keen to explore alternative methods, I came across Nattokinase. And yes, it works! Incidentally, you could also combine it with OPC Forte, Q10 & magnesium-potassium. Pure oregano oil (1-2 drops in 1 tbsp olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach) is also a great help here and much more. Then your veins will run 'smoothly' again;-) but be careful, it can also be too much of a good thing. Small cuts and injuries should not bleed for too long. Simply responsible handling with good self-observation is a prerequisite. Ps: always drink enough. Is just as important. Many people drink too little. Urine should not be very yellow, except of course after taking vitamin B complex. Hope this helps someone. Stay lively & happy! Sincerely, Ana

Hello Flora, I had NOT noticed heavier periods in connection with taking nattokinase. However, this was a symptom that I noticed in connection with the infection (and everything associated with it). In the meantime, everything has normalised again. Tip: generally for heavy menses in general (including endometriosis): for me personally, iodine virtually halved the 'days'. I.e. the intensity and duration. Most people have an iodine deficiency - and this has many consequences. From the psyche and exhaustion to menstruation, iodine can have an influence. Tip: it is best to start with normal iodine drops in the microgram range. Increase to 20 drops (in the morning on an empty stomach) and when the bottle is empty, switch to Lugol's solution (in the milligram range!). Then 1 drop every 2nd - 3rd day. See how you feel. If necessary, increase to 1 drop/day (in a glass of water). All the best!

Addendum on iodine: if you have thyroid problems (and yes, even if you have hyperthyroidism(!) not just hypothyroidism), you should make sure you get enough iodine. Of course you can also do this with algae (sushi, kelp algae etc.). But then please take it regularly, not just once a month.

Hello Heidi, why did you have to take Aspirin 100? I have now ordered because I had to take Aspirin cardio 100 after my heart attack because of the stents in my heart. Now I have stopped taking them and started Natto. The blood tests under the microscope showed that I have too many platelet aggregations, which means that aspirin didn't work at all, which should actually fix it.

However, I never had to take ace. Would I start with 1 capsule of opc and 1 capsule of natto because both contribute to thinning or am I making a mistake? Best regards!

Better than ASS...
I have been taking Nattokinase for 2 days. 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. The result is amazing. I live on the 4th floor without a lift. Had to take a break on the 3rd floor at the latest because my heart was pumping non-stop. Now I can go up to the 4th floor without a break. I am simply delighted with this product. Ps. The ASS I was supposed to take is already in the bin. I don't take the dirt anymore. 10 stars from me...

Hello Petra... I had a serious heart attack. I also got a non-alcoholic fatty liver from the medication the doctor prescribed me. The ace also made my gums bleed. That was too much chemistry for me. I was never a friend of that. A colleague then introduced me to Nattokinase. These capsules have worked wonders for me. A varicose vein in my calf is gone. Pain in my knee gone. Pain in the stomach area on exertion gone. Scar pain in the chest area gone. Pain in the intervertebral disc gone... I have stopped taking all the medication prescribed by my doctor. That was about 4 months ago... I'm doing very well without medication... I'm much fitter than before... I only take one capsule a day. I have to add that I also take Löwenherz. It just took a little courage to stop taking the medication. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to answer them. Lg Hansi... :-)

I suddenly have renal insufficiency and, according to the Ct, a fatty pancreas, I don't know where all this is supposed to come from and what is probably still to come, I also blame it all on the medication, especially on E...., I've already halved it to 2x 2.5 mg and I think I'm feeling a bit better. You give me a lot of courage with your story.but what and how do you do it, if an operation is pending or so, with the discontinuation and did you start with 1x1 or more? Questions upon questions, thank you very much for your answer, lg Petra

Hello Christine... Yes, thank you. I'm actually doing very well... I would take nattokinase, vitamin C, B complex and magnesium in the morning. Because nattokinase and D3 are not supposed to get along so well... That's why I would take the vitamin D3 in the evening. Nattokinase starts to take effect in the body after about 2 hours. After 4 hours it is distributed throughout the body. After 8 hours the body slowly breaks it down again... I hope I have been able to help you a little with this... Lg Hansi If you would like to know more about nattokinase, I recommend the Zentrum der Gesundheit website. It has everything you need to know about the effects and studies on nattokinase. If you have any questions, I will be happy to help and advise you. :-)

A true miracle cure for thrombosis!
A real miracle cure! I had thrombosis at the age of 16 due to a blood disorder, had a thicker foot for 15 years and always had problems. I tried a lot and Nattokinase saved me - my foot no longer hurts and the thrombosis is gone (after 15 years). I started with 1 capsule but didn't notice anything. Then increased to 3 x 2 capsules. Swelling, pain and cramps went away after just 1 week. After 3 weeks I was completely symptom-free. Many thanks for this!

My tip (I had myocarditis plus blood clots) and therefore take: 2 pcs. Nattokinase in the morning on an empty stomach, OPC Ultra 1-2 pcs. together with coenzyme Q10 Kaneka Ubiquinol after eating, potassium citrate 2 pcs. & magnesium glycinate 1-2 pcs. after dinner. D3/K2 drops PLUS K2 drops again separately: K2 ensures that the calcium in the blood is not deposited on the 'walls' of the veins and kidneys (kidney stones). Never take D3 without K2. K2 ALWAYS. I would personally phase out aspirin cardio etc. slowly and simultaneously. And please: drink 2-3 litres of water every day, this is an absolute must for the blood. Sometimes you just have to force yourself. After getting up in the morning, fill the cup in the bathroom 2-3 times and down it. Urine must be light yellow throughout the day (unless you take B vitamins😉).

Which blood thinners have you swapped with Nattokinase? I take ASA, but for next 6 months I have to take Prasugrel as well. Can I switch both with high dosage Nattokinase?

That's how it is! "Microclots" in the blood can cause headaches, among other things. Nattokinase, OPC, Q10, potassium/magnesium would be worth a try (the ♥️ is happy...). 😊

A really top product! for varicose veins in combination with OPC
I have been taking Nattokinase 2Kps daily for 7 weeks. I then increased it to 2x2 Kps daily as a thrombosis had developed due to a broken leg. I also take OPC Ultra. I recovered so well and quickly from the worst of it. Now, I am still on the road to recovery and will probably take it permanently, because I have very severe varicose veins. But with this combination of OPC and nattokinase, I feel well and despite the intense heat and a weak heart, I have no thick legs or similar complaints. complaints. A really top product!

Hello, I have been taking 4 g of vitamin C a day for a year to treat my varicose veins. I divide the dose into 1 g for breakfast, 1 g for lunch, 1 g for dinner and 1 g before going to bed. I am very satisfied with the result, as there is only one small varicose vein left. Best regards, Krys

Varicose veins can lead to thrombosis, which can detach and then cause a pulmonary embolism. Nattokinase helps to prevent thrombosis and therefore helps to prevent this complication. (Judging by the testimonials, it also seems to dissolve existing thromboses, which would be really great). Vitamin C is needed in the formation of collagen and since varicose veins are primarily a weakness of the connective tissue, I can explain the success of long-term vitamin C intake. It would also be good to supply collagen yourself, as the body's own synthesis decreases from the age of 25. Collagen is actually nothing more than gelatine, only enzymatically broken down. In addition, a high-quality bone broth would be useful (cook it yourself), as it also contains important minerals etc., which the body also needs for formation.

Very helpful for migraine together with Magnesium forte
I switched my husband (gastritis) from Aspirin Cardio to Nattokinase - with the same success and no side effects! But above all I take Nattokinase for migraines, 2 capsules a day and another 2 capsules at the onset of headaches. I also take 1 Magnesium forte (always take magnesium separately as it delays or weakens the effectiveness of other products) and I have been able to do without Ibuprofen and Dafalgan ever since. When things get really bad, I take 3 capsules in the morning and another 3 capsules in the evening. But really only in such high doses if there is no other way! It works perfectly for me, so good luck that it helps you too!

However, I would not take magnesium, which breaks down the calcium and leads to osteoperosis over time. The isolated vitamins are a topic in themselves....lf

Dear Inge, I don't agree with you. If you take Vit D3 + K2 and also magnesium, then K2 and magnesium are virtually catalysts that help with the incorporation of free calcium into the bones. Osteoporosis is prevented or, if present, improved. However, as you do not mention high doses of D3 here, what you report here will probably happen. You have simply forgotten the extremely vital D3.

That's the biggest nonsense I've ever heard! If you take high doses of vitamin D3, you have to take a lot of magnesium, which does not break down calcium, but ensures that the calcium is transported into the bones. Where it belongs.

Nattokinase
Nattokinase is not only a blood thinner, it also dissolves fibrin (blood clots). (blood clots) also helps with varicose veins, I do a cure with Nattokinase every year for 3 years. I have only had good experiences, thanks to Robert Franz and his book In the meantime my wife and my brother are also taking it.

General condition improved
Due to atrial fibrillation and the associated heart problems, I was prescribed beta blockers and blood thinners by my cardiologist. After taking these medications for about six months with serious side effects, I have now stopped taking both medications completely. Since then I have been taking - OPC forte - 800 mg grape seed extract per daily dose and - Nattokinase 100 mg / 2000 FU high dose The heart problems have decreased significantly and my general condition has improved again. Side effects such as severe tiredness and headaches have not occurred. The previous level of performance has returned and makes sports such as cycling and swimming possible again. This is accompanied by a great deal of joie de vivre.

Are you still happy after 10 months and the atrial fibrillation has not recurred? I had atrial fibrillation just over a week ago, was given an electric shock in hospital and am now supposed to take the usual blood thinners for 6 weeks, which I don't like at all. My blood pressure is normal, so I don't need beta blockers. I would now also like to take nattokinase, but I don't dare.

Highly recommended No more syringes
I smashed my kneecap and had to have a thrombosis injection every day to prevent thrombosis, the injection was like a bee sting every day, so I started taking Nattokinase 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, then reduced to 2 in the morning after a few days and lo and behold, the values at the doctor's were the same as with the thrombosis injections. I wouldn't recommend them before the operation or reduce the dose considerably, otherwise you can hardly stop the bleeding during the operation. I used to have high blood pressure from time to time, but with Nattokinase it has improved a lot, I can say that I am free of symptoms.

Nattokinase without side effects
After my husband was advised by his doctor to take a platelet aggregation inhibitor permanently, but suffered from considerable side effects, I ordered Nattokinase for him as an alternative. I am not only delighted with the price/performance ratio of the product, but also with the service surrounding the product: my husband feels better all round without the side effects of medication and the cardiologist was also unable to detect any deterioration in his condition.

I have been taking natto for 5 months for the same reason and my platelet count remains stable. I'm looking forward to the next blood test. In any case, my blood pressure is back in balance, as it was when I was younger, and the swelling around my ankles has also decreased. I am delighted and will continue to take it. I have reduced from 6 capsules a day at the beginning to 3 capsules a day for 1 month and feel good with it. How many does your husband take daily?

Good plant-based alternative
My husband had an eye infarction in 2015. He was subsequently prescribed a blood thinner as a permanent medication as a preventative measure. As we are not friends of the pharmaceutical industry and are happy to do without the side effects of chemicals, he took Nattokinase as an alternative. He had been recommended it by a naturopath. It seems to work. Everything has been fine since then.

I have been taking Nattokinase for about a month now and tolerate it quite well, I have no side effects like with ASA, which is a big plus. The small capsule makes it pleasant to take, and unfortunately I can't report any more in such a short time! I have just noticed that small spider veins on my arms have reduced.

Nattokinase against high blood pressure
My GP has diagnosed me with borderline high blood pressure _140/90 with sporadic peaks of 160-170/100. I am over 60 years old and have a family history of high blood pressure. As I don't want to take any chemical antihypertensives, I have changed my diet (less animal proteins, according to the book "Bluthochdruck heilen" by Dr Johann Georg Schnitzer) and take one capsule of Nattokinase in the morning and one in the evening on an empty stomach. The capsules are well tolerated, I am slowly seeing results and my blood pressure is often in the high normal range. I think I'm on the right track.

After about 10 weeks of changing my diet and taking 2 capsules of nattokinase a day, my blood pressure has dropped to 135/85, and the blood pressure peaks have dropped significantly to 145/90. I also noticed the following. The same pulse oximeter (purchased during the Corona period) used to always show 95% oxygen saturation, currently always 96%, and my resting pulse before going to bed has also decreased from 60 to 58 beats/minute. No chemical antihypertensives, will report further.

Started without great expectations - fully convinced
Objective: Improvement in the dark spots and veins on the legs, resulting in a much more attractive leg appearance. Incipient varicose veins (diagnosed in the course of a long-term viral problem with repeated herpes zoster etc. - I am under 40) seem to show through less/poke out less. Subjective: The feeling in the legs is significantly improved. Less pulling and warmth at night. Better overall feeling after longer periods of travelling. Noticeable change after a few weeks. I continue to wear support stockings and also apply the heparin gel, as bruising continues to occur. I have also ordered Venenfreund and am curious to see if there will be any further improvements in a few months' time. A clear recommendation!

Nattokinase against migraine
I started taking Nattokinase for migraines. Together with acupuncture, it has brought me relief. As I am rather light, half a capsule a day is enough for me. A success for me personally!

Improves blood circulation
I haven't been using the nattokinase for long, but I notice that it improves the blood flow in the capillaries, which certainly has a variety of health benefits. We will have to see how it works in the long term. The price/performance ratio is OK for me, as only very compatible additives (linseed flour...) were used.

Nattokinase instead of ASS 100
My wife and I were prescribed ASA 100. However, we prefer to take the side-effect-free Nattokinase and feel very comfortable with it.

Could you please tell me at what dose you are taking Nattokinase instead of ASS100? I would also like to stop taking ASA due to the side effects. Thank you in advance!

The product is recommendable
I am very satisfied with this product. It's better than the pharmaceutical blood thinner, which I was able to stop taking and I feel much better. There are no unpleasant side effects. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend this product.

Effective blood thinner
I take nattokinase together with OPC to thin the blood and lower my slightly high blood pressure. Its use for fibromyalgia is also interesting. I am hoping for a long-term improvement here too. As I take a medication that can have side effects such as thrombosis, I also use nattokinase to prevent this.

Best blood thinner without side effects
Nattokinase helped well after a thrombosis in my leg. I was able to stop taking the blood thinner and now only take Nattokinase without any side effects. All my blood values are fine since then.

Great product
As I am very prone to thrombosis and have always avoided chemical blood thinners until now, I came across this product from you. I have been taking it once a day for the third week now and my often heavy legs have become much better. Very satisfied so far, no intolerance and the price is also great!

Tiredness simply gone
I have had extreme tiredness for the last 2-3 weeks, which came with this strange fog and I am now taking Nattokinase for the 3rd day and the tiredness has simply disappeared. Great! But I also take a few other things from Unimedica. I have the feeling that Nattokinase has given my health another significant boost.
