Hello everyone, please excuse me for taking so long to respond to your interest. I have been on a journey into the self for the last few years and it was so intense that I almost forgot about the outside, hence the answer. Well, the intensive search is now over and Narayana has contacted me and made me aware that there are many people who would like more information. I read the text by V. Fuchs and I realised that she has to detox constantly and has to take something all the time. Now if the liver is full of gallstones, which are mainly located in the liver, then the liver can hardly work any more. I have done 10 liver cleanses according to Andreas Moritz. If they had seen me back then, they would have said that I looked fit and healthy, you couldn't tell by looking at me and I didn't really have any problems. But I came across Andreas Moritz by chance and then bought and read his book (400 pages). Then I realised that I had a lot of factors that could lead to gallstones. Well, I thought, get all the necessary materials and do a cleanse. 1st cleaning = 150 gallstones....Shock... 2nd cleaning again 150 gallstones... After the 10th cleaning I came to about 1000 gallstones of which the size was about 1.5cm. Well.... why I wrote this is perhaps now clear, before we activate the liver we should perhaps free it from ballast so that it can work at all. According to Moritz, the so-called fatty liver is full of gallstones. Gallstones are not entirely stones, as most people assume. They are greenish lumps from 1mm to 30mm thick. They consist of cholesterol and are filled with toxins and have a thinner or thicker mineral coating depending on their age. I cut open my larger ones and they reeked of bile and were various shades of green. According to Andreas Moritz, this has to do with age. The thicker the calcification, the older the stone. These stones block the bile ducts and the more the bile fills up with them, the worse they work. And because they consist mainly of fat, they cannot be recognised on an X-ray. In extreme cases, this leads to fatty liver, which means that there are probably thousands of these gallstones blocking everything down to the smallest branches. If you are really interested in this topic then buy the book by Andreas Moritz and read it carefully. If you then want to do the liver cleanse, really do it according to protocol and do not deviate from the instructions. It can take up to a year for a heavily congested liver to be cleansed again. The costs: It is almost trivial, the first liver cleanse costs about 20 euros from then on each further cleanse costs about 5 euros.

Here is an addendum: I will explain to you roughly how the liver cleanse works. You have to eat vegan food for a week to replenish the bile juices. During this time you drink a lot of apple juice or sour cherry juice to soften the calcification of the stones. On the last day they do a colonic irrigation, then take laxatives to completely empty the small intestine, then drink a mixture of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and olive oil and immediately lie still for 20 minutes. This drink causes the liver to expel all the accumulated bile juices in a burst and this is where the gallstones are released into the intestine. The next step involves another laxative to flush all the gallstones out of the intestine. These must not remain in the intestine under any circumstances as they could dissolve there and you could be poisoned because poison has been stored in the stones. If you go to the toilet after the cocktail of grapefruit juice (grapefruit) and olive oil, you can see the gallstones in the toilet, they float on top because they are made of fat. For the next cleanings they take a break of 3 weeks and repeat the process. I know what that sounds like. Colonic irrigation, looking laxative into the toilet and checking the poo....... But you get used to the process relatively quickly and since we have all caused our own condition with our liver-damaging lifestyle, this is a very small price to pay for what you might get afterwards. If you don't lose weight, it's often because of the liver, so if I were you I would get the book and do the 8 weeks - that also repairs the liver. According to Dr Rath, cholesterol is a vitamin C deficiency.
