Magnesium Oil Spray - Original Zechsteiner - 100 ml - from Unimedica

Average rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars

Unimedica's Magnesium Oil Spray contains purely natural magnesium chloride from the Zechstein Sea. This sea, which dried up approximately 250,000 years ago, is still an excellent source of magnesium oil. It is called magnesium oil because of its oily consistency — however it contains no oil. For our Magnesium Oil Spray, magnesium oil is dissolved in naturally energised water. The product is suitable as an oil-free skincare product and is particularly soothing for strained muscles, for example after exercise.

Oil-free skin care and a relaxing relief for the muscles

Original Zechsteiner Magnesiumöl is suitable as an oil-free skin care product and is especially soothing for strained muscles, for example after physical activity. Thanks to the practical spray nozzle on the bottle, the magnesium oil can be conveniently sprayed onto the skin. Then massage in gently and, if required, rinse off after the exposure time. The liquid magnesium can also be used as an addition to a foot bath. A 100 ml bottle is sufficient for one foot bath.

How can magnesium oil be oil-free?

The Original Zechsteiner Magnesiumöl from Unimedica consists of magnesium chloride and naturally energised water. So it contains no oil, but a pure magnesium chloride solution. Because of its oily consistency it is referred to as magnesium oil, although it contains no oil. It contains magnesium in its purest form.

What is special about the Original Zechsteiner Magnesiumöl?

This magnesium oil is obtained from the Zechsteiner Urmeer. This is a sea that dried up about 250,000 years ago and lies beneath Europe, protected from any environmental influences.

The Zechsteiner Urmeer stretched roughly from northern England to Russia. Today the magnesium oil is gently extracted from depths of more than 1,500 metres and dissolved in pure water. For Unimedica's magnesium oil naturally energised water is used for this purpose.

If it tingles the first time ...

Skin reactions such as itching or slight redness are not unusual when using magnesium oil for the first time. These symptoms usually disappear after a few days and can be regarded as part of the product's mode of action.

The cause of unpleasant side effects may be the skin's pH value. Magnesium reacts particularly to an acidic pH. The skin needs time to get used to the magnesium oil.

How the skin can gradually get used to the magnesium oil

There are two options for gradually acclimatising the skin to magnesium:

Option 1: The 31% concentrated magnesium oil can be washed off the skin about 10–15 minutes after application. For subsequent applications, slowly increase the amount of time the magnesium oil remains on the skin until the skin has become accustomed to it.

Option 2: Alternatively, the saturated magnesium oil can be diluted directly with clear, fresh water before use. This reduces the concentration and makes the skin less sensitive. This approach is particularly advisable for sensitive skin. However, with a diluted magnesium chloride solution the amount applied must be increased to achieve the intended effect.

Each bottle contains 100 ml of Original Zechsteiner Magnesiumöl.

100% pure and free from additives

Pure natural magnesium chloride from the Zechsteiner Meer, in accordance with legal requirements, free from additives and environmental influences.

Magnesium Oil
The magnesium oil spray is very popular with our whole family! We achieve excellent results with it every time we have the slightest cramp. One spray of the oil and the cramp is relieved immediately! It is easy to rub/rub into the skin. It supports muscle function, helps to maintain teeth and bones, combats tiredness and thus supports the entire energy metabolism.

In combination with D3 and K2
I take the magnesium oil in combination with vitamin D3 drops - 5000 I.U. and vitamin K2 drops - 200µg. I tolerate everything together very well and it helps me with my hashimto very well over the winter months. I will definitely order again, I am delighted with the quality and the fast dispatch, the magnesium oil initially stings like little needles after application to the skin of the legs, but it definitely helps me to organise my everyday life better. I also apply the oil to tense necks or headaches caused by the neck and it works very quickly. My conclusion: Very good, recommended purchase

Hi that was interesting that you are taking magnesium transdermal to d3. I wonder if the effect is really the same and if the magnesium is available where it is supposed to be. If this is really the case, I will do as you do in future, maybe someone can comment.

fidgeting legs
At night, when I actually want to sleep, my legs are restless. The Hot 7, stretching the thighs and massaging in the magnesium brings peace back to my legs and I can sleep a little longer.

It's great that these actions plus magnesium oil are giving you temporary relief. If I'm reading this correctly, you have restless legs syndrome. This should not be confused with cramps. Have you checked this with a doctor? Can I also recommend this page to you? https://www.restless-legs.org What I would definitely recommend is that you take a high dose of vitamin D3, as well as K2 and OPC. Oh yes, and very importantly B12. This has helped some people in my personal environment a lot. They also had the same problem as you for a very long time. As I said, they had!

@Peter Where do you get the temporary relief from? Thanks for recommending the website. Only when I read through the RLS guidelines am I glad that I can still decide for myself and don't have to take these dopamine agonists because the doctor thinks that's the way it has to be. And this is about the use of magnesium oil.

I took the temporary relief from the evaluation. I can read, even between the lines, and I can also combine things well. And temporary because it's apparently not a one-off thing and means I can sleep a little longer. As you know, a little is not much. The point of this page was not that you should throw yourself at any doctor. Of course, you should always decide for yourself what you want to give your body. In addition, there is also the possibility of contacting self-help groups on this site, where you can exchange ideas with other sufferers and possibly get further helpful tips. Quite apart from that, dopamine is very important. For more information, see Wikipedia. Yes, this is about the use of magnesium oil......, but this alone is not a panacea and cannot solve this problem permanently. A note from me about fidgeting legs: there is also a person in my immediate environment who struggled with it for a very long time (yes, had!). This person only got rid of it after some time by regularly taking high doses of D3, supported by K2 and magnesium oil, as well as B12 and OPC. These fidgets are now a thing of the past and she now sleeps peacefully and restfully on a regular basis.

Hot 7 is the use of Schüssler salt, which supports the absorption and utilisation of magnesium. Magnesium oil provides magnesium quickly via skin absorption. The stretches, see my article 3 months ago, loosen the fascia. This makes the muscles, nerves and other tissue looser and the legs calm. And so I can now sleep through the night again without having had restless legs.

I wasn't aware of Meaning 7 until now. I only know Schüssler's salts by name, without ever having taken them, at least until now. I will think about it for myself and consider using it if necessary.

Provides good service for restless legs in bed at night
If I can't fall asleep, my legs start to get restless at some point. Then I'm glad that I have magnesium oil. I smear it on my legs and can often get to sleep this way. The areas of permanent tension in the gluteus and piriformis also benefit from it.

It doesn't really matter where you rub it on. However, it is important to ensure that it does not come into contact with mucous membranes, eyes or injuries. However, I would definitely recommend OPC and vitamin D3.

You should first find out what is causing the migraine, it can come from the teeth (amalgam fillings) or from nerves overloaded in the neck area (mobile phone). You can use a 10% DMSO mixture to rinse your mouth or spray a 50% mixture of magnesium DMSO on the back of your neck. If no real effect is achieved, this can also be due to digestion. Take 300ml of water and a teaspoon of DMSO to drink...

Very nice for spraying, and the matching 1 litre refill bottle. I use it externally, e.g. sprayed on the thigh and massaged in. But also internally, sprayed into drinks. Against muscle tension, for better absorption of calcium etc. Ideally daily, internally and externally.

Chapter 1
The magnesium spray is great and apparently also helps with muscle twitching. I always have muscle twitching after training with heavy weights, but with the spray somehow less or not at all..and it cares for the skin. It's really itchy from time to time, but that's because I don't wash it off after use and leave it on overnight. 😁

Important helper
Many thanks for the great product. Before I only knew magnesium tablets. But with this oil it is fantastic. In the case of sore muscles, tension etc. it is immediately recognised and goes straight into the body without affecting the intestines. That was very important to me. I also notice how my hair reacts to regular use of the oil, my fingernails and so on. Great! So simple! However, the spray head broke over time and nothing came through. I will order the product again and use it with pleasure, hopefully with a working spray head until the end:)

There is no direct dosage? the bottle only has 100ml, if you spray it on the entire(?) arms and legs(?) in the morning and evening, the bottle is empty on the first day, isn't it? how much do you use? just calves and forearms or really the entire arms and legs? Thank you in advance for your prompt feedback.

Dosage aid? Pain-relieving effect and relaxation
Good morning. I have been using the magnesium oil for a few days now. In combination with DMSO drops. Conventional medicine has diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis and judging by the pain, something seems to be changing in my back. I'm 50, so I'm lucky that MB didn't affect me so painfully until so late. The magnesium oil in combination with DMSO feels pain-relieving. I apply it in the evening after showering. I spray it on my back, knees and wrists. Let it soak in for 20 minutes and then I lie down. I have felt calmer and more pain-free since then. I haven't tried it during the day yet. I can therefore recommend it from my brief experience and observation. However, I do have a question. Do you have a better described dosage for the interaction between the magnesium oil and DMSO? How exactly should the quantities relate to each other? Who has experience and a tip? Thank you very much.

Hello, I have been using this combination of DMSO + magnesium oil for years. I use it on my lower back. I have 10 drops of DMSO dripped on and then 10 sprays of magnesium oil, then I rub it in lightly and leave it to work for about 30 minutes. Then I wash it off. It always works for me for about 5 hours. So far I have always used it during the day. However, I also take MSM on a permanent basis. As the sensitivity of the back, knees and wrists varies, a different concentration is recommended in each case. You can find very good information about this in the book by Dr rer. nat. Hartmut P. A. Fischer "Das DMSO-Handbuch" https://www.narayana-verlag.de/Das-DMSO-Handbuch-Dr-rer-nat-Hartmut-P-A-Fischer/b14866 I always take magnesium in the evening to avoid the risk of muscle cramps. Incidentally, at least 400mg of magnesium a day is generally recommended.

A great alternative to tablets
I spray the oil on the inside of my forearms several times a day and rub it in because the skin is particularly thin there and it is better absorbed. I've never had to wash it off, it hasn't bothered my skin. The effect is of course difficult to say as it is very subtle, but I continue to use it because I find it does me good.

Here at Narayana I get everything at a great price with high-quality products. Magnesium in particular is such an important mineral. Super product.

Very good product
Sometimes it itches, sometimes it doesn't, but it's still indispensable for me and definitely has a good effect. I also like the bottle.

Magnesium Oil
My husband and I like to use the spray oil after a strenuous sports session to prevent sore muscles, sometimes I also have cramp-like pain in my arms, and it helps with that too!
