Colour preference reflects the patient's emotional state and level of vitality. It is a real symptom, simple to decipher and unlikely to cause confusion. Colour preference helps refine the choice of remedy and can be used in all areas of homeopathy as an additional symptom.

The relationship between colour and remedy has been studied over several decades of clinical research. Colour preference has been systematically checked in more than 10,000 patients, but only proven cures and significant improvements were retained and evaluated. A correspondence in the colour choices of patients treated with the same remedy was observed. The concordance between colour and remedy is not arbitrary; it is the result of clinical research.

This 2nd French-language edition includes a colour repertory in which remedies are arranged alphabetically but also by series, making J. Scholten's repertorisation easier. For remedies of the plant kingdom, the botanical codes assigned by J. Scholten are also included. A broader perspective for greater scope for manoeuvre.
