The manufacturer writes:
LIVIADA® MEKULT PRO is a fermented dietary supplement containing selected lactic acid cultures, based on the concept of Dr Teruo Higa. Lactic acid bacteria metabolise sugars during the fermentation process into organic acids such as lactic acid. This natural process also occurs in traditional foods such as sauerkraut.
Lactic acid bacteria are known as a natural component of many fermented foods. For example, sauerkraut juice is a source of these cultures. When combined with a varied and balanced diet, they can support a health-conscious lifestyle. As a supplement to a nutrient-rich diet — for example one including green leafy vegetables and fresh grasses from outdoor cultivation — the regular consumption of traditionally fermented products can also be beneficial.
LIVIADA® MEKULT PRO is intended to complement a varied diet and does not replace a balanced selection of foods.
Warning: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age!
Notes: Keep out of reach of small children. The stated recommended intake must not be exceeded. Consumption is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a balanced lifestyle!

* The sugars present in the molasses are consumed by the microorganisms during fermentation and converted into D-lactic acid.
Ingredients per daily serving (60 ml):
D-lactic acid: 204 mg
Lactobacillus buchneri: 6.8 × 10^7 CFU*
Lactobacillus kisonensis: 6.6 × 10^7 CFU*
Brettanomyces bruxellensis: 5.8 × 10^7 CFU*
Lactobacillus rhamnosus: 3.0 × 10^8 CFU*
* Colony-forming units
Note: As this is a natural product, microbial counts may vary.
storage
After opening, store in the fridge at a maximum of 7°C to maintain maximum concentration. Usable for about 1 month after opening.
Keep sealed, cool (not above 19°C), dry, protected from light, stored upright and out of reach of small children. Slight overpressure may occur due to carbon dioxide formation. The formation of white flakes (yeasts) is harmless. Because of natural production, variations in taste, colour and fermentation activity are normal.
Important: The microorganisms are active cultures. In hot summer months or at high temperatures, the microorganisms can become active even in the sealed bottle. The bottle may then be under pressure. This does not affect the quality or product safety.
Open the bottle, release the pressure and close the bottle again. It is best to store the bottle in the fridge afterwards.
