Book Diabetes by Rainer Limpinsel

In terms of star rating, I wavered between 3 and 4 stars. I opted for 3 stars because I found some of the author's reports somewhat contradictory or he didn't go into more detail (e.g. the generally harmful effects of many medications). It seemed to me that he was largely in favour of taking medication. Sure - he is a doctor himself, but then he should know better. I was inclined to give him 4 stars because I found his experience reports good overall and you can draw a lot of instructive information from them. My conclusion: It is a book worth reading, but to what extent the reader can relate to all the author's reports is up to the reader.
