Highly recommended!
This product is unique in its effect! A must for anyone suffering from cystitis. What I also really like is how quickly it takes effect. By that I mean in just over half an hour. For over 30 years, doctors have "supplied" me with antibiotics about 5 times a year. This was very damaging to my intestines, with long-term consequences...if only I had known about D-Mannose earlier...I can only recommend it to everyone. The cramps and severe pain when urinating subside after just 30 minutes! It can even be taken permanently. Great product!

I take the measuring spoon with a little water, then I drink a lot, and I take another dose after each emptying of the bladder. You mustn't hold back; the more you eliminate, the better, so that it doesn't fall back on the kidneys.

I am very happy
I have been taking mannose for a long time, but a completely different product from a different country. I have now tried your product and am delighted. I have been suffering from bladder infections for many years and have been on antibiotics for 14 months, so the homeopath was able to help me. Afterwards I had two years of peace and suddenly the E-coli bacteria returned. Best help for cystitis
The most common trigger for cystitis is Escherichia coli bacteria (e-coli for short). And D-Mannose helps wonderfully here. Best alternative to antibiotics for me. Easy to take. I also take it as a preventative measure.

I have been taking mannose powder for a good year now. Before that I had 4 bladder infections a year and had to take AB every time. It just became too much for me. I feel much better with the powder, I take 1 dose a day as a preventative measure. I had my last bladder infection six months ago and it worked well with mannose. I took one dose four times a day and drank a lot! I am very happy with the mannose powder!

I would like to make one more (helpful, I think :)) addition. I also had recurring bladder infections, and as I am over 50, my gynaecologist recommended a vaginal cream that I use three times a week. I haven't had any inflammation since then. I have now been free of it for six months. Before that I had up to 5 inflammations a year for 3 years, and AB was always necessary in the end... I now take the mannose twice a day as a preventative measure and I am very, very satisfied!

D-mannose for the prevention of urinary tract infections
I have been taking D-mannose daily for a good six months now to prevent urinary tract infections and cystitis and have had no problems so far. The D-Mannose powder is very well tolerated (no side effects), produced without genetic engineering and can be used successfully for prophylaxis. Highly recommended!

I have ordered a pack. I have had very good experiences with other D-mannose products. As I now turn to Narayana when looking for food supplements, I have had a pack sent to me. Hello, I ordered 2 packets of D-Mannose and I've been taking it every day for 3 months. There are also lumps, I crush them and anyway the lumps melt in the water. So I didn't ask myself the question, I just took it anyway. And I haven't read any feedback to the effect that you shouldn't take D-Mannose if there are lumps. For over a year I've had repeated infections... with no explanation. Or maybe intimate relations? I've tried dmanose without getting the answer to my question. Does it work on other bacteria too? Other than erchira coli? So the answer is yes... I've had several different ones... sometimes even several at the same time. And it works. However, in my case, I take it every morning. 2gr in a little water. If I have any doubts about a possible infection, I double it and take 2 doses, one in the morning and one in the evening. For a few days and it goes away. However, I've had 2 fairly intense infections (forgotten dmanosis for 2 days in a row and intimate relations) which I've had to treat with antibiotics. But I'm really pleased!

A highly effective supplement for cystitis-type problems
On the advice of my infectiologist at the hospital, I've been trying D Mannose for almost a year now and, even if it doesn't solve the basic problem that causes cystitis or pain (still being identified), it really does space out the episodes and their intensity! I'd say that, like all natural products, it's not a high-dose product, so it works more as a background treatment over the long term. So you need to take it for several weeks before you notice any improvement. Personally, I take 2 grams a day every morning in a glass of water (small precision scale). The powder dissolves easily and there's no particular taste, apart from a hint of sugar. It's a real must-have in my medicine cabinet now and I recommend it whenever I hear people around me talking about recurrent cystitis!

D-Mannose
A pleasant tasting product, purely plant-based. For me the 2nd best so far. The bitter aftertaste is somewhat lacking. The 1st place of a D-mannose from pine is unrivalled for me so far, also in its effect. But I like to take this D-mannose to bridge the gap.

Unfortunately lumpy
I cannot evaluate the effect as the product was too hard and lumpy. It would not have been possible to use part of it because the lumps cannot be finely dosed. So I had to send it back, paying the postage myself because it was supposedly "normal".

Warum nicht einfach die Packung ordentlich durchkneten, unsere Lieferung kam auch verklumpt, einfach alles zerdrücken und fertig. Dann lässt sich das auch gut dosieren, und da es sich nicht um ein Medikament sondern um ein Naturprodukt handelt, kommt's auf ein halbes Gramm mehr auch nicht an.
