Our black garlic capsules capture the intense essence of fermented black garlic with 83% black garlic extract (15:1). Thanks to the natural fermentation the extract is particularly mild while retaining the valuable properties of the bulb. The vegan capsules are also gluten-free, lactose-free and produced without genetic engineering.

As far back as antiquity, particularly in ancient Egypt, garlic was valued for its versatile uses. Today black garlic (Black Garlic) is mainly produced in China, Korea and India in special chambers. Black garlic is created by natural ageing under controlled heat and humidity. This process transforms the constituents of white garlic, resulting in an increased formation of bioactive compounds (e.g. phytochemicals) and the breakdown of sulphur compounds. As a result, pungency and the typical garlic odour are reduced.
