I order it again and again!
This magnesium preparation with the different types/salts of magnesium in a good dosage has really been a stroke of luck. I am very happy with it. It doesn't give me diarrhoea, harmonises my nervous system, strengthens my heart function, relaxes my muscles and much more.

The multi-talent complex!
It worked very quickly for me in many ways. Starting with my beloved hair, because finally there is noticeably less hair loss and it looks much fuller. That gives me hope, because I'm going through the menopause and who knows how much longer! The B vitamins are my skin's best friend, because even during the menopause a kind of acne appeared, which has now almost healed and my skin and face colour look much more even and rosy. I also feel more psychologically stable, as if my nerves have been stabilised, and therefore much more relaxed and less doubtful, which sometimes leads to anxiety. For me, the whole B group is both nerve food and a tonic. This results in a better ability to think, but also more energy and stamina, especially in my sporting activities such as strength and endurance training. This complex works quickly and intensively and is also part of the foundation of being healthy and staying healthy. It is very well tolerated with no side effects and I simply feel more alive and supported. All B vitamins are needed daily because they are water-soluble.

Great for calf cramps
When I started jogging again, I had to deal with calf cramps and foot cramps again. With Unimedika Komplex this is over. No more sore muscles either. Even when I take a break from running for a week and sit at my desk a lot... Magnesium complex helps. It's ideal for me in this form. My sleep has also improved. Wonderful magnesium mixture
As a (veterinary) doctor, I still have some incomplete knowledge from my basic studies about the extent to which magnesium is necessary for all cell activities and cell interactions! And what I have recently learnt: magnesium is essential for vitamin D3 so that it can be converted into its bioactive form! And yes: too much magnesium taken orally causes diarrhoea. BUT this magnesium complex does not!

I ordered this product due to severe menstrual cramps with high blood loss. My expectations were not high because I have not been able to alleviate my cramps with magnesium so far. Despite a healthy diet, my B vitamin levels were never good. On the recommendation of my naturopath, I started taking a normal B complex. After a few months I had significantly more energy and was much more resilient. Since I switched to the activated B complex, I only take one capsule every 2 days and I have felt significant improvements once again. For a long time I had a strong tingling sensation in my legs and couldn't keep my legs still on the sofa. To my surprise, this has disappeared. If I don't take the capsules for a few days, the tingling starts again. That's why the product is indispensable for me.

Very encouraging! I need to have a fairly complete blood test and already wanted to ask for an additional blood test for iron and vitamin D, which are not reimbursed in France. Very bad
I took these capsules for maybe a month and my leg muscles became increasingly stiff and painful. Especially on the left side, which is the weaker leg anyway. One evening I had a severe seizure in my left leg. I immediately took a handful of Schuessler 7 and lo and behold, after 1/2 hour the pain subsided. I wondered for a long time why this suddenly happened. I should actually be well supplied with all the minerals. I stopped taking it immediately and after a few days the tension improved. Now I am taking the magnesium malate capsules as before and I feel fit again. I gave a friend of mine, who also has Unimedica products, the jar I had started to continue taking. Lo and behold, when she came back to my therapy centre after 3 weeks of taking the capsules, she also complained of severe leg pain and tension. I advised her to stop taking it immediately and she soon felt better too. I am sure that the elemental magnesium caused us these problems. I will stick to the tried and tested in future. Yes, magnesium oxide has very poor bioavailability and it makes up the largest proportion in this product. I don't buy complexes that contain oxide. I'd rather pay a few euros more to include one or two good forms. So, Narayana-Team, you're the ones I'm calling on.

Unfortunately, this is not true. For example, if you take a high dose of vitamin D3 with K2, you will also need a higher dose of magnesium. It also depends on your body weight. A person weighing 70 kg needs less Mg than a person weighing 140 kg. It must therefore always be adjusted individually.

B vitamins for more energy and for the nerves
I believe that the B vitamins (along with magnesium) are very important, especially in times of increased stress. They have helped to heal my exhaustion after years of challenging times. I now have more energy and am less tense. If you lack happiness hormones / depression, you should possibly take additional vitamin B3. I have read the following: If vitamin B3 intake is too low, the body produces B3 from the amino acid tryptophan and therefore has less left over for the production of serotonin. In addition, antidepressants and oral contraceptives can cause a deficiency of micronutrients - including B vitamins. Previously I used the normal vitamin B complex. Now I was able to test the bioactive complex, which is even better absorbed by the body. For a few weeks now, I have had even more energy than usual. As I also take several other vitamins and herbs, I don't know exactly what the problem is. The combination of several remedies and meditations help me to feel better.

Terrible odour
I have already ordered the product in 2020 and 2022 and can't say anything negative. It was well tolerated. After a long time, I have now ordered it again and when I open the jar, I can smell an absolutely disgusting odour. It is not the typical odour of vitamin B products that I am sure many people are familiar with. I can still tolerate the product and won't throw it away, but I won't be buying it again. I've never had such an odour with a dietary supplement before.

Actually, I noticed a foul smell too; it smells of rotten eggs. The odour even comes through the closed glass. Appalling. I can't imagine continuing to take these capsules. When I enquired, I was told that's normal for vitamin B preparations. I have not experienced that with other manufacturers.

I received my complex today (May 2025) and I think the smell is reminiscent of yeast flakes, which are also full of B vitamins. So that only speaks in favour of the quality of the product.

I have now learnt from a naturopath that this product is useless for many buyers. Important types of magnesium are not present: Magnesium taurate is a dietary supplement that combines magnesium with the amino acid taurine. Magnesium plays a role in many bodily functions, including energy metabolism, muscle function, nerve function and mental health. Taurine supports the effects of magnesium by helping to regulate the heart rhythm. It is important for the liver, vision and sugar metabolism. This is essential for diabetics! Magnesium orotate for cell protection and repair. It is a magnesium compound that is primarily known for its positive effects on the cardiovascular system. It is used to support heart function, especially in coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia and heart failure. Magnesium orotate is also said to improve cell energy and increase the performance of the heart, especially under stress. Magnesium L-threonate, often known as Magtein, is a magnesium compound characterised by its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and thus increase magnesium levels in the brain. This increased magnesium concentration in the brain can have various positive effects, particularly on cognitive functions such as memory, learning and attention. It should be noted that raw materials come from a non-EU country, I suspect China. China is the world's largest producer of magnesium. Because of this lack of magnesium, I will no longer buy these capsules.

I would not buy again
I have now bought the Omega3/D3/K2 capsules several times and have to say that I don't like the smell at all. To the manufacturer: maybe just open a jar and stick your nose in. With Omega products this can indicate a reduced or rancid quality and I will no longer buy them. I have been buying Omega products for many years and have not noticed this bad odour with other vegan products. I looked for a combination product, but the D3 content of 25 micrograms or 1000 IU is also far too low in my opinion, especially now in winter.

Algae oil is the equivalent vegan variant
These nutrients are for me fundamental to health, an essential component and ideal to take in this combination. Algae oil provides long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, a must for skin and thyroid complaints, working against the inflammation and helping me with joint pain when they’re overstressed. Truly a complex product
I have really tried many types of magnesium in the past and I have to say that this is really of excellent quality. With a magnesium orotate which I also take and this Mg complex I am well supplied with magnesium, of course I don't take anything just like that, I have the laboratory test my whole blood regularly, as well as other parameters. My Mg values in the serum were always good, but the first check in the whole blood showed an almost frightening result, so an effective correction was necessary. This went relatively quickly with the two preparations mentioned. It would certainly have worked with the Mg complex alone, but I wanted an orotate due to another underlying disease. So I can really recommend this product, the quality is definitely higher than the price.

Very good product with top dosage
Finding a good high-dose magnesium supplement is very difficult. Here you can find one with 5 different types of magnesium, each of which has a different effect on the body. I think that's great. Very good product
We have been taking vitamin B complex for some time now and we are delighted with it. Previously we had vitamin B12 as lozenges, which were also very good and had a nice cherry flavour. To avoid having to buy so many individual products, I was looking for something that contained several vitamins in one. That's how I came across the vitamin B complex. However, it was important to me that the dose of B12 was just as high as in the lozenges. My whole family now takes this product and we are delighted with it. I no longer have any problems falling asleep and our son has noticed a significant improvement in his general physical well-being. We have a bit more energy and, most importantly, we haven't been ill once since taking it. No colds, no flu or anything else. I can recommend this product with a clear conscience. The price/performance ratio is also okay, but it would be nice if the odour and taste of these pills could be tweaked;-)

Goodbye calf cramps
Dear Sir or Madam I use magnesium to strengthen my heart muscle and I have high blood pressure, which I have under control with medication. I am genetically predisposed to strengthen my heart with magnesium. My nocturnal calf cramps are also a thing of the past!

Fishy odour and long aftertaste
The fishy odour and the long-lasting aftertaste unfortunately indicate that the omega-3 oil has been processed for a long time or not gently enough. Furthermore, I could not find a TOTOX value anywhere, which is an important quality feature for me. This value provides information about the freshness and oxidation of the oil. I also noticed that the capsules contain more vitamin D3/K2 than omega 3 - which in my view makes the product ratio questionable.

With a reference value of 197 - 771 pg/ml, my vitamin B12 result was 682 pg/ml. I haven't done anything wrong, have I? 😉😉😉

Mega! My value is currently 438 pg/ml and I should supplement. However, I was recommended vitamin B12 drops. Now I'm unsure whether I should also take this B complex. If this B complex is so good, then the drops wouldn't be necessary, would they?

Very good vitamin B complex, has convinced me. The composition of the B vitamins is excellent, I am very happy to have found this product. My vitamin B12 always tends to be too low and folic acid too, but I don't want to take synthetic vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). It is important to me that the vitamins can actually be absorbed by the body. This works very well here, thanks to the bioactive form. I also really like the cofactors that increase the bioavailability of the complex. Betaine in particular is a great idea because it is so important for the metabolisation of B12. I have also noticed that my fingernails have become stronger. My personal dosage is one capsule every two days. A clear recommendation to buy.

Magnesium oxide is very poorly absorbed by the body. (.can be googled ). I have therefore decided in favour of a different preparation.

I don't think vitamin D3 is good because it is only offered in combination with K2. I can't tolerate K2 at all, I get terrible venous cramps, like thrombosis, and as an MS sufferer I need 5,000 i.U. of vitamin D3 daily. I can only find it from the Dutch - what a pity. Narayana only offers it as a vitamin depot!!!!!!!
