Stomach upset and digestive complaints

News

Stomach and intestinal complaints can sometimes be eased with simple home remedies.

Bloating, for example, can be treated very effectively with bicarbonate of soda – simply dissolve one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in 120 ml of water, add the juice of half a lemon and stir well.

If you want to use homeopathic remedies, you should know that they do not need to be digested to have an effect. They only need to dissolve in the mouth.
