Martin Jakob: Nuances of Plant Theory

News

Two case reports of Marrubium vulgare and Plectranthus fruticosus demonstrate the differentiation of the Lamiaceae into subfamilies to which different subphases are assigned. The Nepetoideae (665.55) correspond to the classical picture of the lip‑flowered Lamiaceae with the enthusiasm and expansiveness of Phosphorus and Nitrogen. They are pushed by their parents (Phase 5) and at the same time feel driven by the constant pressure of expectation (Subphase 5). In the case report on the Lamioideae (665.54) there is also a “pushed child” (Phase 5), which, however, is at peace with itself and its situation (Suphase 4). The expansive qualities are less pronounced and the patient is more stable.
