The solution to my hot flushes
I will soon be 54 and have been going through the menopause since last autumn. This was accompanied by severe hair loss and hot flushes day and night, it was stressful. But since I've been taking 2 capsules of wild yam extract and 1 capsule of monk's pepper every day, everything is fine again. No more hair loss and no more hot flushes. Now I've tried the combination product Menopower for a change instead of 2x yam and 1x monk's pepper every day and I'm having some hot flushes again...I'm sticking to 2x yam and 1x monk's pepper. My recommendation!

Do you take the 2 capsules at once or 1x in the morning and 1x in the evening? And what time of day do you take the monk's pepper, early or in the evening?

It doesn't matter. You can take monk's pepper in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening. For a while I always took one in the morning after breakfast. Take it when it suits you!

Yams can be taken permanently and also in higher doses. In Mexico (the natural origin of wild yams), women take it almost daily with their food, where the yam root is boiled, just like potatoes here. These women even take it by the gram! (not mg like here with us) without any side effects. I have also sometimes taken an extra capsule, for example when I had trouble sleeping. But you should be careful with sweet clover: take it for 10-12 weeks at a time, then take a month's break. L.G. Kathrin

Tell me what happens if I'm not in the menopause yet. But I don't have a uterus, so I don't menstruate. I still have one ovary and although it still works well, I don't know my cycle. How should I take the capsules then? Every day?

If I were you, I would talk to your gynaecologist, dear Maryna! Because this is a special case and the hormone status should actually be determined first. Ask your gynaecologist if he can take a blood sample and carry out an analysis...L.G. Kathrin

Never again without wild yam extract
I went through the menopause at the age of 44. For 2 weeks I had very severe hot flushes every 1.5-2.5 hours, during the day and also at night. It was a very extreme and exhausting time. I couldn't sleep through the night and woke up at least 4 times a night because of the hot flushes. I also had severe mood swings due to the lack of sleep. After 2 weeks of struggling, I decided to do something about it. Fortunately, I discovered the Wild Yam capsules. After just 2 days of taking them, I had absolutely no more symptoms. I can sleep through the night again and yes, I even feel cold during the day... I feel as if the symptoms of my menopause have completely disappeared. For me, the capsules are a true miracle!

@Gabi: Yes, it's actually good to take them at the very beginning so that you don't get all these severe symptoms in the first place. If you are depressed, you can also take lavender capsules or St John's wort in the morning, both of which help very well after 3 weeks of use. Get well soon!

Miracle cure
For years I have been struggling with continuous bleeding that wouldn't go away, the doctor only ever wanted to prescribe me artificial hormones and the pill, both of which I refused because everyone knows about the side effects of these products and what they cause. Since my body can't produce the yellow hormone on its own, I searched and read for a long time and came across this, I've been taking the capsules for a little over two weeks and what can I say, for the first time in years my period has been over for a week now, no bleeding or spotting, nothing, I feel good and am so grateful for these capsules and can only recommend them 👍.

Migraine-free
I had been suffering from regular migraine attacks with aura since I was 14. Sometimes it was so bad that I cried from the pain. The older I got, the more I suspected that my migraines were hormonal. Since I started taking these capsules, I haven't had any more migraines. This has greatly improved my quality of life. I take 1 capsule a day in the first half of my cycle and 2 capsules a day in the second half.

Great for PMS and menstrual cramps
By taking Wild Yam Extract from Unimedica, as well as collagen, hylauron and Q-10 supplements, my premenstrual symptoms and abdominal cramps during menstruation have completely disappeared. I have already been able to observe this for three cycles and am delighted. My mood before my cycle is definitely better, I have no abdominal cramps as a harbinger and no food cravings. I also have virtually no pain during my period. In my past I have been to a naturopath because of my severe abdominal complaints, who diagnosed me with progesterone deficiency. The diosgenin contained in wild yam extract has a similar effect to progesterone. I take one tablet a day during the second half of my cycle (after ovulation until my period arrives) because the hormone progesterone is only naturally released in the second half of the cycle.

Hello, according to Dr Shaila de Liz, it is impossible for the body to convert diosgenin into progesterone. The plant substance diosgenin serves as the basis for the production of progesterone. It is found in large quantities in the yam. The soya bean also contains a substance (stigmasterol) that can be converted into progesterone. In general, humans do not convert diosgenin or stigmasterol into progesterone on their own. This is not part of the human metabolism. The conversion of diosgenin to natural progesterone therefore takes place in various steps as part of the production of the active ingredient.

Yes, that is the case. And yet Wildyams (in the right dosage) is excellent for menstrual cramps and menopausal problems. I (female, mid-50s) had already had extreme problems for 5 years (insomnia, mood swings, heat attacks) despite a healthy lifestyle. As HRT therapy was out of the question for me right from the start, I tried various herbal remedies (red clover, lady's mantle, black cohosh). None of the preparations had a really good effect, even after prolonged use. Yam root was the last remedy of choice for me and it worked after a short time. The good thing about it is that it works for almost all women. If it has no effect, the woman simply needs a higher amount of active ingredient. I am a pharmacist myself, have weighed up the pros and cons and, as I said, HRT was never an option for me (too many side effects, there are very clear signals for the increased occurrence of strokes, thromboses and breast cancer)...you can research everything at "Pubmed". The trend in medicine, even in the USA, is towards more herbal therapy. In Central and South America, women have been taking yam in very, very high quantities in their daily diet for hundreds of years. Menopausal symptoms are not an issue there. I lived in Mexico for a few months, where this root is eaten in unimaginable quantities (by everyone, men and women). The diosgenin content is crucial, preparations must contain a minimum content of 16%, otherwise there is no effect... L.G. Kathrin Schwarzbach

I can only agree with this. I am an alternative practitioner for gynaecology and regularly receive very good feedback from my patients. I have heard some doctors say that yams do not work, but this is not true. The gynaecologist Dr Heide Fischer (author of numerous books on natural gynaecology) also appreciates the oral use of yams. Women, we are perfectly capable of taking care of our health ourselves with natural remedies that have been tried and tested for centuries and we do NOT have to take hormones permanently - whether bioidentical or chemical... Anxious people are always good consumers... Women are made by nature to live on healthily without sex hormones after the fertile phase, nature is clever and we are not rickety victims who fall apart after the menopause but strong women with experience of life!!! Take courage!

Hello, you are a naturopath specialising in gynaecology. I am interested to know whether it is beneficial to take yam in cases of organ prolapse, as in France some doctors prescribe additional hormones to treat prolapse. My mother has just been diagnosed with early-stage prolapse and is looking for natural remedies to help her. I found someone who mentioned astragalus, which could be beneficial for muscle relaxation and could be caused by statins. This is another issue, but my mother does take statins and I am wondering about the causes of the prolapse, especially since she has never given birth vaginally (two daughters, two caesareans). I would be very interested to hear your opinion, or even the opinion of anyone else who might have information on this subject. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your answer. I am currently reading The Fabulous Menopause by Dr Sheila de Liz with my wife. And she keeps emphasising that yams are of no use. However, we also had the overall impression that she doesn't like all the things that don't drive women to her surgery. My wife doesn't sweat, but atrophy and joint pain are an issue. We use yam cream. It helps me well and I've become more relaxed. My wife less so. Insomnia and joint pain are not really any better. We don't want HRT either, but perhaps treatment with bioidentical hormones. Unfortunately, the doctor is not up to it. We didn't realise that yams can also be taken in higher doses. That was really good news. Does this mean that the recommended amount of 2 capsules a day can be skipped and 3 or 4 taken? We also read the book "The Hormone Revolution". Since then we have been using the yam cream. We are currently on the trail of discovering the book by Annelie Scheuerstuhl and Anne Hild " Natural Hormone Therapy" and progesterone as a homeopathic variant.

Harald Farwick- Mielsch: Thank you for your message. Yes, you can actually take higher doses of all dietary supplements than indicated on the label. You just have to realise that women in Peru or Mexico have been using yams for centuries (yams are eaten almost every day as a vegetable side dish or porridge). That's several GRAMM! of pure diosgenin that they consume :-)) Yams also has no side effects, you can use it daily for years. I also have all my values checked by the lab doctor once a year and have the best liver values. No, you don't have to be afraid if you take 500mg more per day. I would recommend (but this works differently for every woman) combining several plants: mainly yams (in a higher dosage), plus perhaps red clover and sage. I always take 3 capsules of yams a day, plus one capsule of red clover. Then I brew myself a large pot of "women's herbs" about a litre in the morning, which I drink (also cold) a cup at a time throughout the day. It is a mixture of: Lady's mantle, sage, yarrow and St John's wort. I do quite well with this mix. Also, of course, pay attention to your diet: eat lots of greens and fruit and plenty of fibre. Always get some exercise, go out in the sun (even in winter). I have been involved with phytopharmacy for a long time and my customers in the pharmacy were also satisfied with the advice. Yes, in my experience, yams helps. But only after 2-3 weeks and some women need a slightly higher dose. You have to feel your way around it.... All the best to you and your wife and get well soon. I know how you can suffer, but there are also some remedies that work well. Best regards, Kathrin Schwarzbach

Thank you for the stimulating exchange and the many valuable tips, which we discussed at length yesterday. My wife has trained as a nutritional counsellor and we work a lot with nutrition. We can give this to all affected people. Menopausal symptoms also have a lot to do with the condition of the liver, the centre in general. We do a lot of TCM work. It's a pity that Dr Sheila de Liz is so doggedly against yams. But even she wouldn't earn anything or less if we all helped ourselves or each other. And it's a pity that the medical profession doesn't really pay attention to the subject of the menopause. If you think about how many illnesses are associated with a drop in hormones, you could almost believe that the pharmaceutical industry has a finger in the pie because it makes so much money from it all. Imagine if we all didn't have heart problems, joint diseases and all the other negative effects of the lack of hormones. We would simply be pretty healthy ;-) Best regards

Yes, I can only agree with your comment. I'm not a "herbal witch" either, but you should treat yourself as gently as possible. And the most gentle way is naturopathy. Only if that doesn't work (which it does in most cases) would I switch to bioidentical hormones. It's clear that Mrs de Liz also wants to earn something from it, and I don't want to demonise it either (although bioidentical hormones can also cause problems if you take them. Hormones can also cause problems if you end up with a doctor who is not experienced enough). Bioidentical hormones also help many women, but: it is time-consuming because you have to go to the doctor very often at the beginning until you are properly adjusted and it is also a cost factor. Yam root and a few herbs are of course much cheaper :-)) Best regards K.S.

It is important to do a hormone test first and then you can make the right adjustments, progesterone to oestrogen. Otherwise there can be big hormone storms. I know that the doctors have to suggest certain medications to keep the business going and they make good money with it. I am currently taking the monk's pepper from Narayana and it is already helping a lot, can I combine yams?

Yes, monk's pepper and yams can be combined well. Yam root especially in the evening for women with insomnia. You can also drink a mixture of teas: yarrow, lady's mantle, sage and in winter always add St John's wort or lavender. St John's wort has a mild antidepressant effect. Lavender helps against anxiety and sleep disorders. Red clover (as a capsule) also helps very well. I change the tea blends from time to time, but I take yams all year round, it is (for me) the best remedy for insomnia and aching bones and joints. M.f.G. K. Schwarzbach

Dear Kathrin, Your statements about the yam product are very competent. I have been taking bioidentical hormones (ratio of estradiol 0.5mg to progesterone 100mg) for 3 years. I have oestrogen dominance and before I started taking them I had very severe symptoms and it got to the point where my heart wasn't doing well and I had several episodes of atrial fibrillation (emergency with medication). As I didn't feel like taking heart medication from then on, I looked for another solution and it led me to B. H. No more atrial fibrillation since then, but still sweaty at night. I have to have a check-up twice a year if I take hormones. A lump was found in my right breast a year ago, but six months ago it was unchanged. My doctor advised me to have a biopsy, but I refused, I don't want to get my head in the clouds and think about cancer now, I want to observe and think about a strategy and not just head over heels and stop taking hormones (because of my heart health), but start with a capsule. Perhaps you can give me a tip as a pharmacist as to when I should take the capsule. I take the bioidentical hormones in the evening.

It doesn't really matter when you take yam. It is independent of the time of day. If you take the bioident. Hormone in the evening, I would perhaps take the yam in the morning or at lunchtime. If you sweat a lot, you could also buy ointment lozenges from the pharmacy, they help after just a few days. Perhaps you could also see if you can find a good naturopathic doctor in your neighbourhood who can help you adjust a little better. This whole hormone thing is very fragile and you always have to make adjustments when circumstances change: sometimes you have to omit something, sometimes add something... Get well soon for you. Yes, of course. You can also take higher doses, because what's on the label is only ever a recommendation. I always take 3 capsules a day in the evening. I would also recommend always drinking a tea blend as a support. For example: yarrow, lady's mantle, sage and lavender. That helps very well. Or always add St John's wort in winter. Hello Mrs Schwarzbach, I would be interested in your opinion...Should I take a break every now and then when taking yam capsules so that the liver is not overloaded and the system itself is stimulated? I have read this...Unfortunately, I keep having symptoms of bloating, which is why I have now ordered broccoli extract...The recommended doses are also very different...I have read everything from 1000 to 3000 mg...As a layman, it's a lot of trial and error...I also take medicinal mushrooms...VG I.Bock

Yes, I know that it is recommended from time to time to take breaks when taking it. But I don't do that, I've been taking this capsule every day for years now and have no side effects. I also have my doctor do a complete blood count once a year, including liver values, and my blood values are excellent. The recommended dose for this preparation is 2 capsules/day (=880mg). I take these in the evening. In the morning, however, I take the other preparation, which also contains yams, but also evening primrose oil, iron, etc. I do quite well with this dosage. A friend of mine even takes 4 capsules (2x2). You have to feel your way round, because the amount recommended here is very general. For some women it is enough, others need more. I wrote it in a comment above: In Peru and Mexico, yams are part of the daily diet (like potatoes here), we are talking about several grams of diosgenin per day and the women there have almost no menopausal problems (precisely because they have been consuming it in large quantities for years). I take the dose that helps me. If I need more, for whatever reason, I would take a higher dose. I've also used a different manufacturer, where it was also more than 2g per day of active ingredient. Medicinal mushrooms for support are also good....Best regards Kathrin.

Hello Barbara! Yes, taking blood samples when ferritin levels are too high is seen as positive by many gynaecologists. My gynaecologist (who is treating me) is also a great advocate. It has been proven that the iron levels drop immediately after the blood sample is taken. If I were you, I would just give it a try: Have blood taken and then go to the doctor or lab a few days after that. Then the iron levels should actually be back in the normal range. L.G. K.

Thank you for your feedback. Well, taking blood doesn't sound as bad as bloodletting. That too often then it can be done with more than just iron. It fortunately doesn't affect me. I am researching this topic - menopausal women and elevated iron levels, genetic - hence the question to you. More causes than symptom treatment...

Hello Kathrin, thank you for your comments. I started the yam extract 2 weeks ago. It is having a fantastic effect and I have had hot flushes every 30-60 minutes, day and night, for over a year. I currently take 2 capsules in the morning and one before going to bed with a capsule of magnesium. Depending on my cycle, however, I notice that I have hot flushes again, never as strong and frequent as before but not completely free. How many capsules can I take per day without any problems? According to your report and what I have researched, it is safe to increase the dose. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Hello Iris, if you "only" still get heat waves, you could also buy sage lozenges from the pharmacy (as far as I know there are only two different sage preparations in the pharmacy) and take this preparation for a few weeks (then stop again when the symptoms have gone). So yams+ sage+ magnesium. Mg is always a good idea for women going through the menopause, as you lose a lot of minerals through sweating. You write that you only started yams a fortnight ago. Then I would continue taking it, because there is still a lot to be done. For many women, the full effect only sets in after 4-6 weeks. Do you also do some sport? I now go swimming regularly several times a week in the summer, it's just good and you "cool" down straight away :-)) L.G. Kathrin and good luck for the future!

What do you think of evening primrose oil combined with yam? Is it OK to take yam if you've had endometriosis? I've tried sclaree sage which brings back the endometriosis pain. Thank you for your help.

It occupies the progesterone receptors and thus balances out a (relative) oestrogen dominance

The effect of wild yam root is that diosgenin occupies the progesterone receptors and exerts its effect via them. It is therefore not a question of conversion to progesterone. The surface structure of diosgenin and progesterone appear to be so similar that diosgenin can exert the same effect as progesterone by docking onto the progesterone receptors.

Really helps!
A few months ago, I started a trial to see if yam would also help with endometriosis. I actually stopped taking the contraceptive pill, which I was taking continuously at the time, and switched to yam. No comparison to the previous pain. Sometimes you have an unpleasant feeling, yes. But it's really bearable. Everyone who has endometriosis probably knows this pain and the panic about it. I no longer have any problems and don't regret trying!

I have also suffered from endometriosis. I'm menopausal and looking for a herbal HRT that doesn't reactivate the endometriosis. I'm thinking of yam combined with evening primrose oil. Have you already tried this and with which product? Thank you for being open to discussion on this subject.

Fast and reliably effective
Because of my severe hot flushes due to my menopause, I first tried monk's pepper for 1 month, but it had no clear effect on me in this context. Then I started with "Wild Yam", for the first week still in combination with monk's pepper, but then without it and after just a few days the intervals became less, but above all this inner feeling of congestion (I don't know how else to describe it), which always came to me like a harbinger of a sweat attack, was significantly less. However, as it is easy to imagine things, I waited and can now say quite clearly after about 1 month that I no longer have any hot flushes thanks to this product. I was particularly surprised that I really noticed a clear effect after just 1 week. I am very satisfied because I am no longer experiencing any menopausal symptoms, I can finally sleep again and get through the day relaxed and taking just 2 capsules a day is no problem at all.

Great help during the menopause
Since I have been taking Wild Yam regularly, I have fewer heat attacks during the day. Even at night I no longer wake up drenched in sweat but can sleep through the night. The mood swings are also significantly reduced. This product is great and I will continue to take it, it helps very well with menopausal symptoms.

When do you actually stop taking the yam? I had previously understood that the body sneaks out of it hormonally and everything levels out again at some point? I'm 48, haven't had a hormone check but notice sleep and nerve problems and am thinking about testing it, but as I said - when do you stop it or does it remain a permanent companion, unfortunately I don't have a very informative gynaecologist nearby...

@D. Themey: It remains a constant companion for several years. My gynaecologist said that the menopause lasts about 7 years (plus/minus 1-2 years, so it can also be 9 years). After that, the symptoms gradually disappear. Many women also lose a few kilos afterwards. I have been taking yams for several years now without a break and it works very well for me. If I take a break that lasts longer than a week, then unfortunately the accompanying symptoms return (insomnia, heat waves, irritability). I take the yams and always make a tea cure with a few women's herbs (drink a litre of tea a day): Red clover, sage, lady's mantle or even yarrow. What's also important: diet and regular exercise (lots of walking, some yoga, swimming). I get through the menopause well with this programme :-) L.G. Kathrin

Hello Kathrin, does that mean that after a certain time you test whether you can manage without yams and are over the menopause and then you leave it out? By leaving it out and feeling it or is there a blood/hormone test at the doctor's? LG D

Yes, the easiest way is to simply skip the capsules for a week and then see how you feel: sleep, heat waves, irritability. Many gynaecologists and endocrinologists believe that the menopause actually lasts about 7 years. For some women it can be 9 years, for others only 5 years - it's a little different for every woman. I recently tried to stop taking capsules and unfortunately realised that I am not through yet (I am now in my 7th year). I will continue to take the capsules and will try them again at the end of the year. For many women, it also helps if they work a little on their diet: low carb (only a few carbs, but more proteins and fats) or going straight to keto helps a lot. L.G. Kathrin

Hello Kathrin, I am 44 years old and have been taking monk's pepper for 3 months without success. I have been taking wild yam extract twice a day for about 7 weeks. Since then my hot flushes have completely disappeared. However, after only 2-3 weeks I have my period again. (So 3x within 7 weeks.) Before taking wild yam I had not had a period for 2 months. I am very happy to no longer have hot flushes, but having periods all the time is also annoying. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you very much and best regards, Corinna

Highly recommended
I have been taking the yam for half a year now. It took about 3-4 months, but now my period comes regularly. The previously strong cramps have been reduced to a minimum (only one antispasmodic medication at most. Previously 3 times a day, over 3-4 days), and the hormone-induced hair loss is also almost non-existent. I can highly recommend this product.

You should take the capsules daily. Otherwise it won't do any good. The body first has to build up a level and if you only take the capsules occasionally, this can of course not happen. Many women experience the first effect after just a few days, but it can take up to 6 weeks for the full effect to be achieved. So it's best to keep at it :-))

I have done it a little differently with the dosage. I always take one in the morning with breakfast and 2! in the evening before going to bed. I simply need this higher dose, I have now tested it out. If I only take 2 a day, I still have extreme insomnia at night and am irritable and in a bad mood the next day :-) There are some women here who take higher doses and there are also other preparations that have even higher doses. So it's okay. I have been taking these capsules for almost 3 years now and have my blood values checked once a year. I have very good values (I am in the menopause and unfortunately also have Hashimoto's). If not, then perhaps take one more. L.G. K.

I've been in the menopause for four years now - hot flushes, insomnia, periodic severe headaches. I have taken many different supplements, they helped me for the first two weeks, but then they stopped working. I still have hot flushes but they are much milder, my sleep has improved and I haven't had any headaches since I started taking it. I take some narayana supplements in combination. Been tired for years and struggling with the menopause. Since I've been taking yams, NADH, milk thistle, evening primrose oil and L-arginine, I feel much better. I get out of bed in the morning and not only manage my day, but also have energy for leisure activities etc.. I'm really thrilled. Regular detoxification through fasting and liver cleansing... complements these products. The nice thing is that I get everything I need from one source and don't have to order from x different sites!

@Ines: But in my opinion, what your gynaecologist advised you to do doesn't make much sense. At least not during the menopause. This is because diosgenin "docks" onto the progesterone receptor. If you take it for a month and then take a break the next month, all the symptoms will return the following month. How did your doctor justify this? I don't mean that provocatively, I just don't understand the reasoning behind it. In Central and South America, for example, yam is eaten in large quantities almost every day and the women there don't go through the menopause. Because they always have enough diosgenin in their bodies. It is also known that when women move to another country with different eating habits and stop consuming yam, they go through the menopause quite quickly and then suffer from the usual symptoms (hot flushes, sleep disorders and irritability). It therefore makes sense to take yams every day. I have been taking it for several years now and have a complete blood count and a few other parameters measured every year: my liver values are excellent, as are the other values. I know several women who have been taking it for years without breaks and whose values are also within the normal range. What could be the explanation for the breaks in taking it? Kind regards, Kathrin.

I've been taking WILD YAM extract since I started changing. I feel great and have absolutely no side effects (menopausal symptoms). I take 4 tablets a day. WILD YAM is definitely a product worth trying for all women with menopausal symptoms. ___ no chemicals with side effects ___

Really convinced me
I am 52 years old and in the menopause, but I still have my menstruation like Swiss clockwork, but in a 3-week rhythm ....Progesterone deficiency is clear, my mood has been so severely depressed for a year during menstruation that I have really bad anxiety..., For me personally, no hormone gel, no HRT or bioidentical substances are an option .... Why should I artificially sabotage and prolong the menopause by taking (unhealthy) hormones and then, the hormones want to go to sleep and withdraw, and then maybe develop bad things? As it is, you deal with your body differently during the menopause and even more so after Corona, then I came across the preparation here and bingo bingo bingo! I now take it virtually from cycle to cycle and have to say that my mood is remarkably balanced...only a small wave of panic in the morning that was manageable...otherwise balanced, I'm looking forward to taking it again....... In any case, a considerable improvement in a very short time and the diosgenin from the Wildyams is having an effect, I take 1 capsule daily in the morning and evening and from the onset of menses...or precursors of menses( pull) 2 capsules in the morning and 1 in the evening....

Very good product and price-performance ratio
Highly recommended for mood swings and sleep disorders, as well as hot flushes and other symptoms associated with telomere shortening.

Yams root capsules
I've been taking it for a long time. I don't sweat so much any more (menopausal symptoms), for healthy sleep you have to do more than swallow capsules. It helps, but not immediately. You have to take it for a few weeks before it helps, but with a little patience and other sleep precautions it helps.

Unfortunately no noticeable effect
I had high hopes of finding something to combat my hot flushes during the menopause. Unfortunately, I can't see any improvement after a few weeks. It just doesn't help every woman - what a shame. I also take Meno Power capsules at the same time, but they don't help me either.

Immediate comfort
Recommended by my acupuncturist, I immediately felt a sense of comfort in my intestines. The product is pure and quickly absorbed by the body. A must try!

Satisfied
I take it together with monk's pepper. My PMS symptoms have completely disappeared. Wouldn't have thought it. There was probably a hormonal imbalance. No side effect.

On the recommendation of a THP, an older male herding dog is given organic fenugreek and wild yam to stimulate the testosterone hormones and improve coat structure

The wildyam capsules are not good as I have taken them and have bloating and gained 2kg even though I am watching my diet and when I stopped taking them I lost weight again

Works great
It worked 3-4 days after starting to take it together with monk's pepper: significantly less sweating, sleeping through the night again, more relaxed during the day.

Hello, I have a question about your dosage: I take the wild yam capsule one in the morning and one in the evening or should I take both together? The monk's pepper one in addition or how is it best? I would be happy to receive feedback. Lg Sabine
