Wheat is the classic cereal and has excellent baking properties. The grain is milled in several stages to produce this light flour.
Usage note:
Use Type 405 wheat flour for particularly delicate baked goods such as waffles, cakes, layer cakes and biscuits. It is also suitable for thickening sauces.
