Produktinformationen
The simple morning routine for a relaxed day
This specially formulated Stress Complex from Unimedica combines traditionally valued plant extracts with modern nutrient research. It was developed for the stress in our hectic everyday lives. With premium extracts from ashwagandha, Rhodiola rosea, brahmi and ginseng plus a comprehensive vitamin B complex with magnesium, our Stress Complex taken in the morning prepares you for a demanding day.
High-dose ashwagandha extract in a unique nutrient combination
Our Stress Complex is vegan and gluten-free. Each ingredient is carefully selected and meticulously checked. The key element in these capsules is the patented raw ingredient Ashwagandha™ KSM-66. It contains an extract of ashwagandha root with 5 % natural withanolides. This is a large group of chemical compounds that distinguish this secondary plant substance, protecting the ashwagandha plant from predators.
The root extract from Rhodiola rosea supplements the nutritional complex with its secondary plant substances rosavin and salidroside. Brahmi – water hyssop – contributes bacosides to the Stress Complex. They are derived from the brahmi leaves. Ginseng is rich in ginsenosides and is a well-known plant used in traditional Chinese medicine.
The B vitamins and magnesium support the normal function of the nervous system and energy metabolism. They reduce rapid tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) supports heart function.
Why this special combination?
Each ingredient has been carefully selected due to its characteristics. The combination of these plant extracts, vitamins and magnesium forms a harmonic whole which supports a balanced everyday life and a calm mood.
Which foods confer calmness and restfulness?
Stressful everyday life can be calmly mastered with a balanced diet. Wholegrain products, nuts, seeds, fish and green leafy vegetables are recommended since they are rich in various B vitamins and minerals. Nuts and seeds contain magnesium. Wholegrain products and pulses provide B vitamins.
Stress Complex – healthy eating is often difficult when things get stressful
This "Stress Complex" with its unique composition helps you calmly master the challenges of everyday life. In a world that often includes stress and hustle and bustle, our Stress Complex simply supplements the key nutrients, strengthening the nerves and providing the necessary energy. It's often precisely in stressful phases that we tend to eat unhealthily: grabbing something with too much fat and sugar for energy instead of taking adequate breaks and choosing something more balanced to eat. Stress Complex from Unimedica itself cannot guarantee a healthy lifestyle but it can enrich and supplement when necessary.
A sensible symbiosis of tradition and modernity
Plant extracts have a long tradition in naturally supporting our sense of wellbeing. This old wisdom is now combined with the most modern technology, guaranteeing high quality and purity – available to everyone. Ashwagandha, often known as "Indian ginseng", has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine.
The robust rose or golden root (Rhodiola rosea) grows in the icy region of Siberia and is used in a similar way to ashwagandha. The same applies to brahmi, water hyssop. This crawling plant grows in moist warm or tropical areas. Ginseng has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine. It is native to the mountainous and forested areas of northern Korea, north-east China and south-east Siberia.
