Nutritional supplement with 315 mg turmeric extract (containing 300 mg curcuminoids, 200 mg turmeric powder). For optimal bio-availability, each capsule also contains 10 mg piperine from 11 mg of black pepper extract. 38 % of the capsule contents are from organic agriculture, which additionally enhances the nutritional profile. Recommended daily dose: take one capsule unchewed with plenty of fluid, preferably with a fat-containing meal since turmeric is fat-soluble. High-dose turmeric with piperine in one capsule. Each bottle contains 90 plant-based capsules and lasts 3 months.
