Vitamin C Tabletten von Unimedica sind mit 1000 mg Vitamin C je Tablette hochdosiert. Eine Tagesdosis (1 Tablette) deckt den Tagesbedarf eines Erwachsenen (entsprechend der Verordnung VO (EU) 1169/2011 (LMIV)) an Vitamin C mit 1250 %. Das Vitamin C in Vitamin C Tabletten von Unimedica ist L-Ascorbinsäure, die einzige bioaktive Form der Ascorbinsäuren. Alternativ zu den großen 1000 mg Tabletten mit Bruchkerbe zum Halbieren gibt es auch die leichter zu schluckenden 500 mg Kapseln mit gepuffertem Vitamin C von Unimedica.

Vitamin C gehört zu den wichtigsten Vitaminen, weil es an vielen Prozessen im Körper beteiligt ist. Es kann vom Körper aber nicht hergestellt und auch nicht gespeichert werden. Deshalb ist eine ausreichende Vitamin C-Aufnahme mit der Nahrung wichtig.

Jedes Glas Vitamin C - 1000 mg pro Tagesdosis von Unimedica enthält 180 Tabletten. Das Sparset entspricht somit einem 1-Jahres-Vorrat.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT I RECOMMEND
My husband and I are 80 years old and, on the advice of our naturopath, we take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at midday ... that's 4g of vitamin C a day when, in her experience, we should be taking 6 to 10g a day to be fully effective. We've been taking these doses for 10 days now and we're REALLY feeling great ... As soon as we woke up, we didn't feel tired any more, we were wide awake and in great shape. I should also mention that for the last 3 weeks we've been taking 2 capsules of Narayana's Shilajit Mumijo a day (1 at 10am and 1 at 6pm) and everything's going really well. So we're well equipped to face autumn and winter, especially as next week we'll be switching to 6 vitamin C tablets ... 2 more in the evening ... and no ... vitamin C in no way interferes with sleep. One last point of clarification ... we wear a patch of X39 from Lifewawe, which regenerates stem cells, every day for 12 hours.

I take high doses of these tablets as soon as I notice that a cold is coming on. They are usually very good at keeping the cold at bay. The tablets are very large and difficult to swallow, but they have a break and are easier to swallow when halved. I always like to buy them and always have a tin of them to hand.

Vitamin C should actually be taken daily, as the body cannot store it. Then you shouldn't catch a cold. Don't forget vitamin D3, by the way.

Why should 1000mg/1gr per tablet per day be a small amount? This is exactly the amount of vitamin C that is recommended everywhere. And if you think you need more, you can take more. As far as fatigue is concerned, the long-term intake of high doses of vitamin D3 can work wonders.

Yes, according to the declaration, 1 tablet contains 1,000 mg of vitamin C, which is 1,250 % = 12.5 times the recommended daily dose. Whether this amount is low is in the eye of the beholder, i.e. depending on what you intend to do, the dose of one tablet would be far too high for some people and far too low for others who want to detoxify, for example. The reason why the dose is 1,000 mg per tablet is that this is the minimum dose for therapeutic purposes. If you want to take a higher dose than 1,000 mg per day, you just have to swallow several tablets a day - somehow I don't understand the problem? Kind regards
