It contains an extract of ashwagandha root with 5 % natural withanolides. The root extract from Rhodiola rosea supplements the nutritional complex with its secondary plant substances rosavin and salidroside. Brahmi – water hyssop – contributes bacosides to the Stress Complex. They are derived from the brahmi leaves.
