    I bought this product for my menopause – very extreme hot flushes, very nervous and great difficulty falling asleep. After taking monk’s pepper for a few days, I noticed that my hot flushes were reduced – now after some time I can proudly report that my hot flushes are almost gone and my sleeping problems are a whole lot better.
