    The solution to my hot flushes
    I will soon be 54 and have been going through the menopause since last autumn. This was accompanied by severe hair loss and hot flushes day and night, it was stressful.     Never again without wild yam extract
    I went through the menopause at the age of 44.
    For 2 weeks I had very severe hot flushes every 1.5-2.5 hours, during the day and also at night. It was a very extreme and exhausting time. I couldn't sleep through the night and woke up at least 4 times a night because of the hot flushes. I also had severe mood swings due to the lack of sleep.
