Clear recommendation!
I am 55 and have been taking combined preparations for my menopausal symptoms for some time. When the hot flushes still became unbearable, I went to my gynaecologist and was prescribed hormones. I haven't taken these yet. Instead, I tried the combination of yam root and monk's pepper and am completely thrilled and convinced. However, I also take 2 capsules of the monk's pepper, as this has an even better effect on me and the hot flushes are gone.

I ordered these capsules because I have had problems with my cycle for several years. I had to take luteal hormone, which I tolerated rather badly. Now I've been taking these capsules for almost 2 months and I think I'm really feeling better. I am still observing my cycle, but what I can say so far is that my pain during the last bleeding was more bearable and the duration was shorter. I have hot flushes sporadically and although they are still there, they have become a little less. As for the capsules themselves, they are well tolerated and easy to swallow with water.
