Produktinformationen

Great product
I use the magnesium oil diluted with DMSO. It makes a great spray to treat tennis elbow, knee problems and shoulder pain.

I also take it in this combination for my back, it's simply marvellous and so beneficial. But I would also recommend MSM, as it can also permanently eliminate inflammation. I've been taking it successfully for years and only use magnesium oil + DMSO occasionally, but magnesium oil separately every day because the body needs it all the time. I hope you are also taking D3.

Hello Norman. I use 10 drops of DMSO for the back and 10 sprays of magnesium oil on top. However, I would start with 4 drops of DMSO and if there are no problems, increase further if necessary or desired. For other parts of the body, it is advisable to use less DMSO anyway because the skin is more sensitive. I would generally advise anyone who has never taken DMSO to read the book "The DMSO Handbook" by Dr Hartmut P. A. Fischer. The book is also available here at Narayana. There are also ready-made DMSO creams available. Oh, one more piece of information from me. In my case, the effect of DMSO always lasted for about 5 hours.

Hello, I am not aware of any products that could help with this. What helps very well is if the forearm is immobilised (and protected), for example with an orthosis. In any case, I recommend seeing a doctor. This is just my personal opinion and assessment, I am not a doctor. I had the same problem myself many years ago, had my arm plastered and then (after 14 days) everything was fine again.

I can't tell you how to mix it either. But I can tell you how I apply it in this combination. Firstly, I spray the magnesium on my back in the affected area, then spread it lightly but don't massage it in. Then the DMSO (liquid, of course) is applied in the desired quantity and is also only lightly distributed, and then left to work for up to 30 minutes. It is important that the back is washed off beforehand because DMSO absorbs everything on the skin, not just the magnesium. It is therefore essential to rinse the skin with water after the application time. If you experience a very strong tingling sensation during the application time that you think you can no longer stand it, or you feel that it is burning your skin, stop immediately and wash it off! In this case, too much DMSO has probably been administered, so approach it slowly.

Hello Peter, my son has severe asthma. We have been taking 3 colostrum capsules every day for 4 months and have now been combining 2 drops of D3 and K2 drops and the magnesium spray for a week. is this a good combination for my 13 year old son? may I also spray the magnesium oil on his chest? he is often tense from coughing and breathlessness. After 4 months of Colostrum I can see an improvement in his asthma and have been taking the other things for a week now to improve his asthma even more. lg

Hello Silvana. Of course you can also spray the magnesium oil on the chest. You can spray it anywhere except in areas of the mucous membrane, eyes and open wounds! But before I go into the asthma, I would like to know what other things you have added. And please bear in mind that diet plays an important role in this. I know what I'm talking about. I would of course also answer any questions you may have in this regard.

Hello Peter, my son has been taking 3 capsules of the Biocolostrum with 60% IgG from Unimedica for 4 months. I now give him 4 drops a week of vitamin D3 combined with K2 from Unimedica. Unfortunately, he reacted to the magnesium oil, so I will probably have to switch to capsules or something like that, as my son unfortunately also has allergies. He has now had the colostrum for 4 months and his asthma has improved.I just thought maybe there was an even better combination for his asthma. It restricts him quite a bit.But he refuses to take his asthma spray because he thinks it makes him feel even worse. He has very strong side effects from it. We have already tried all the sprays and powder autohalers.discus.he can't tolerate anything.we now only have a juice that stops the asthma immediately, but only for extreme emergencies,i.e. when it is threatening.unfortunately my son is also allergic to many medications.so of course we try to make it better for him and for absolute emergencies there is this juice solution that stops everything immediately.but the doctor also said that this is not an ideal solution.

Hello Silvana. The doctor is absolutely right that the juice is not the ideal solution. The right way is to do as much as possible with natural remedies and as little as possible with medication. I hope your son knows the coachman's seat and the lip brake. Actually, everyone with asthma should know this. Colostrum seems to be helping your son a little. That's unfortunate about the magnesium oil. If you have not yet switched to capsules, I would recommend "magnesium ionic drops from Mega Mag Trace" (also available here), as I am convinced that the body utilises more magnesium with these than with capsules, because they pass through the stomach. So, I now have some information on asthma that is promising: What can you do to combat asthma and breathlessness? The first thing you should do to strengthen your body and energise it is to take vitamin D3. Ideally with vitamin K2 and magnesium. People need strength to be able to regenerate themselves. The lungs should always be well supplied with blood. You can ensure good blood circulation with OPC and vitamin C. If you want to strengthen the lungs, you can take the Chinese caterpillar fungus, also known as Cordyceps. This can improve oxygen utilisation in the lungs by up to 40 percent and you can breathe much more easily. You could take 2 capsules of cordyceps twice a day. Cordyceps not only supports the lungs, but the entire body. In addition, a cup of elecampane root tea a day can stimulate the formation of new lung tissue as well as regeneration. Simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of elecampane root tea and leave to infuse for 8 minutes - that's it! Simply drink the tea in sips. Homeopathically, you could take 3 x 5 globules of Senega in potency D6. This is said to help with COPD, emphysema and asthma. I still have questions about D3. Have you ever had your vitamin D level checked? If so, what is the value? As far as the dosage is concerned, do I understand correctly that you are giving your son 4 of these D3/K2 drops once a week, which only contain 1,000 IU D3 per drop? That is definitely far too little! More on this later.

Hello Peter, thank you very much for your help. my son was at an asthma training course at the time. the doctor had prescribed it for him so that he could cope better with his asthma. thank you for your many tips. i have not yet had my son's vitamin D 3 checked, which is why i give him so few drops. But I know that he has a massive deficiency because he has hardly been going out for 3 years. he is trying to catch up with school, which has gone wrong in the 3 years. i keep telling him that it will get worse with his lungs if he only sits at school and at home to learn. He can't do many things now.I told him that it's the holidays and holidays are for not studying and to slowly start doing sports or something fun again, the main thing being exercise. We then start with something gentle and slowly week by week we increase the exercise so that the lungs slowly get used to it again.I always wanted my son to do sports, but he wanted to save his grades. But now he has no more excuses. It's the holidays.

Hello Silvana. Yes, ok. The fact that you are so overly cautious with the drops suggests that you have unfortunately not informed yourself about them beforehand, or not extensively. So....first of all, the recommended daily dose of vitamin K2 is 200 µg, which corresponds to 10 drops, and that really means daily! If you now give your son 10 of these D3/K2 combination drops every day, then you are automatically giving him D3 10,000 I.U. = 250 µg. You can do this without any problems, it will do your son good and help his vitamin D level to rise slowly. To take away your fears, you can inform yourself about this. Either through the book by Dr Raimund von Helden "Gesund in sieben Tagen - Erfolge mit der Vitamin-D-Therapie", available here: https://www.narayana-verlag.de/Gesund-in-sieben-Tagen-Raimund-von-Helden/b14211 . You can also watch the lecture by Prof Dr Jörg Spitz on youtube "Vitamin D - Hype or Hope". And now again specifically about asthma: Do you also know GeloMuc? GeloMuc is a respiratory therapy device to support mucus clearance in acute and chronic respiratory diseases. GeloMuc offers many advantages of a well-tolerated respiratory therapy. For diseases such as bronchial asthma, bronchitis or emphysema, this medical aid can effectively help to improve well-being. I would also think about vitamin B12. No, not because of asthma, but because it has been proven that even schoolchildren have a B12 deficiency. B12 is good and important for the brain, for the nerves and can help combat stress.

That's right. But it also works the other way round, depending on the area of application. You can even make your own DMSO cream and determine the desired percentage content yourself.

Handy size
I was told by a good therapist that the body can absorb magnesium better through the skin than through the stomach/intestines. From experience, I can only agree with this. I had tension for many years and specifically restricted movement in my left shoulder. After massaging my shoulder and neck daily for several weeks with magesium oil (Zechstein Sea), both the tension and the years of restricted movement were gone! I almost forgot to mention that I applied DMSO after the massage and left it to soak in. Anyone who knows DMSO knows why.

Practical handling, good effect
The oil is easy to spread and rub in. It tingles at first but stops after a few minutes. You have to leave the area uncovered for about 20 minutes so that the oil can be fully absorbed. It is particularly helpful after sport. My muscles feel better after using it. I think it's a great thing.

Good product
I am very positively surprised! The product is a valuable addition for me to counter my cramps without having to take a full bath or a foot bath with Epsom salt. In an acute case, there is no time for this because it has to be done quickly - and the spray is not only ideal for this! You can also take it with you on hikes and use it quickly on the go if necessary, as it works quickly. Taking magnesium orally is rather suboptimal for me because it usually causes diarrhoea. You can also avoid this problem with the spray. I'm glad I bought two of them.

Salts are generally water-soluble. From a scientific point of view alone, however, it is impossible for water-soluble substances to penetrate the skin. In this respect, magnesium cannot penetrate the skin barrier simply because it is water-soluble. Can anyone comment on this? Thank you very much.

https://www.ambulantes-schmerzzentrum.de/behandlungen/magnesium-transdermal.html --- Why is transdermal application (= through the skin) better than oral administration? Magnesium oil can be massaged into the skin all over the body and thus absorbed. This transdermal application has many advantages over oral intake: up to 1000mg of magnesium is absorbed transdermally (only 80mg when taken orally) rapid and direct absorption through the skin into the blood and into cramped muscles no more intestinal cramps and diarrhoea (as with oral intake of magnesium) prevents osteoporosis, as the metabolism switches to calcium release in the event of a magnesium deficiency and thus causes bone loss. Better healing and activated immune defence in the case of wounds and eczema

To be honest, I can't say much about the product. I used to take magnesium in powder form and noticed a change very quickly. I'm not quite as enthusiastic about magnesium oil. I would also like Narayana to provide information on the dosage. How much is one stroke converted into milligrams? That would help me and many others here. Otherwise, I'm not a fan of the consistency either. So in this case. The product is not really mine now.

As far as the dosage is concerned, I can give you the following information: 5x spraying = 100mg magnesium. I know this because I once enquired about it myself out of interest. Please remember that at least 400mg of magnesium is recommended daily. I would recommend this as a possible alternative to magnesium oil: https://www.narayana-verlag.de/Magnesium-ionische-Tropfen-von-Mega-Mag-Trace-Minerals-aus-dem-grossen-Utah-Salzsee-118-ml-von-Unimedica/b29261

I regularly have cramps that occur for no apparent reason. I take appropriate supplements and my values are fine. However, my brother gave me this oil and told me to apply and massage it in immediately when I had cramps. I didn't want to believe that it would work so quickly. But it's just amazing how quickly the cramps go away. That's why I have several small bottles around the house so that I always have it to hand.

Magnesium as a spray
Is ordered again and again. Magnesium can be absorbed much better through the skin. We are very satisfied and can only recommend it. Great price-performance ratio! Super quality!

Relaxing effect
I have found that although the spray causes an unpleasant tingling sensation on the skin, it does not fail to have a relaxing, antispasmodic effect afterwards. So also a top product.

I like
I am happy with the spray. I bought it mainly for my neck. It is easy to massage in, is pleasant on the skin and has a slightly relaxing effect on headaches.

Great product
Absolutely recommendable and also very favourably priced. I can only recommend it. My husband and I take it almost every day and it helps us to get our whole body back on track. We will definitely buy it again.

Massage in magnesium oil
my opinion is that the magnesium doesn't go under the skin at all, but stays on the skin, I couldn't recognise any effect/improvement in my calf cramps, I could just as well have taken salt water, the salt doesn't go under the skin either. But maybe it helps if you believe in it.

Not satisfied
It is not practical because after 15 minutes you have to remove the product with water.
